I previously got a small size of the Time Lock Countdown Safe, the older version, and just upgraded to the new one. This new and improved version is more sturdy, has better mechanics, an entirely new timer, and a significantly longer battery life. This is prbably the best product on the market.
It’s a perfect tool to limit activities or things you otherwise don’t have a good discipline with such as phones, social media, video games, sweets, cravings, etc.
Overall, I highly recommend it!

Great product, great company.
I have bought many of these safes- I think at least 3-4 small ones, 1 medium one and recently 1 large one.
Some observations:
There is a large leap in quality between the smaller safes and the medium/large one. For any user, I would recommend the medium one due to this. The locking mechanism is smoother and it just feels more robust. However, I know they were improving the smaller devices so it may be that they are now as good as the large ones.
The largest safe is huge. I selected a deposit hole with this one and its great, but it is also quite large. I would be possible for small items to come back out through this hole (by shaking) unless it was screwed to the ground.
As I say, I borderline obsessed with this product and its uses, would suggest a subreddit to explore applications further.

I can confirm that the small ones have been greatly improved in the last two months. The gap between the medium/large and the small ones is almost zero.
The customer service is very good
The customer service is very good. Was able to get the right safe for my need. I had choosen a wrong model of safe but the support team helped me to change to the right model promptly.

Amazing safe and customer service
The warehouse lost my original key replacement shipment and Dan was extremely kind in shipping me a new one.
If you’re on the fence about this safe, it is truly the best time lock safe on the market. Do not hesitate to purchase! I’ve had mine for over 4 years. You really can’t break into it, and it has been a savior in locking away cravings or personal items.

Excellent, secure safe
This safe is perfect for helping manage use of Kratom. Other, cheaper timer safes I found were fairly easy to pop open if I really wanted to!
With the excellent customer service I was able to decide on the small, countdown timer safe. It's very sturdy and secure.
I just posted the override keys to a friend a long distance away :)

Brilliant Customer Service
Bought one of the timelock safes via Amazon and didn't manage to set it up for a few months. Upon trying to set it up, the timer was faulty so contacted Genie Hand via email with a video. Got a quick reply saying they would send a replacement and it was shipped the same day. Have to thank Dan at Genie Hand for the excellent customer service and the replacement works brilliantly.

A new key was sent and received. For some reason, FedEx couldn't find the address easily.
