I LOVE Mailbird
I LOVE Mailbird. I was so tired of Microsoft Office's obtrusive, unreliable, new Outlook, whereby they wanted me to pay a monthly fee to get rid of an ad showing yup as the top email in my inbox at all times. It also kept crashing and it got rid of Group Contacts, inexplicably. I had it with Microsoft in general, so I researched other options and ended up choosing Mailbird. It is WONDERFUL!!!! It is a beautiful program aesthetically, with loads of ways for customization, to make it my own. It works intuitively. I did have to learn how to do a few simple things that are done differently in Mailbird (like creating Group Contacts), but once learned, the Maibird way made so much more sense. I have used it for a couple of weeks now, and it has run smoothly - smooth as silk, in fact. It took the constant nuisance of dealing with Microsoft Outlook and turned my email experience into a pleasure. Also, I contacted their support team with a question I couldn't find easily in the knowledge base, and the tech support member replied with an unusually high level of service. He really answered my question thoroughly and explained the rationale behind the answer, then he provided alternative options too. I was so pleased to get such a professional and helpful response. I am 100% satisfied with making the switch to Mailbird and only wish I would have done it sooner!
Great Email Service and Technical Support
I have been with Mailbird for several years. The truth is that I have had very good relations with tech support in getting my concerns addressed in a very timely matter. I get suggestions and recommendations that work and fix noted problems immediately. They have always stuck with me until all issues are resolved. I believe Mailbird is one of the best, if not the best email provider I have ever used.
Will most likely dump Mailbird
Never thought I'd write this but after many emails struggling to go out as settings are correct now all my contacts have tripled for the 3rd time. The first 2 times I deleted the duplicated ones with no help from support. Then I went to support and got another message that they no longer either support that site or have changed where to go. How difficult is it to help people that actually paid for this non-functional program.

I quite like Mailbird; it has a cool interface and a lot of useful features. However, I recently experienced something not nice at all. Mailbird removed my paid license before the expiration period (on December), and I have never received the usual reminder to let me know that my license was about to expire.

I have used Mailbird now for several years to cover a number of email accounts without any major issues. I have limited experience of other PC email programmes but every time I have not found anything to compare and have had no temptation to switch.

Amazing in Windows and Mac
I loved Mailbird for windows. When I moved to Mac there was NOTHING as good as Mailbird. I waited for MONTHS and finally they completed a version of Mailbird for Mac that has all the features of the Windows version. I LOVE it and don't want to use anything else. It is fast and effective and truly multiplatform.

Thought I was sunk, but Axel came through...
Axel was able to supply me with a years-old Account Number after buying a new computer and being unable to locate mine. Everyone I've ever dealt with at Mailbird has been very helpful. I can highly recommend this program. "Thinking" you have the number and actually having it are totally different entities. ALWAYS print out your Account Number, but if you lose it over the years, Mailbird will help you retrieve it. Keep up the good work!!!!

An excellent mail client and their CS is very helpful
This is an excellent mail client that is straightforward and easy to both install and then use on a day to day basis I switched when Outlook kept changing the client and wouldn't let me keep what I had. Plus it was so complicated installing extra accounts. I was very happy with them for over 6 months until my service provider changed passwords which caused a synchronisation issue. Mailbirds CS or Happiness team provided a very complete response which had me back up and running very quickly. Certainly easier to use and deal with than some other mails
Excellent product and service
Excellent way of consolidating multiple in boxes in one place. I have used it for a number of years and found it simple to set up. I've only need to ask for help once and the team were quick and helpful. Resolving my query in one go.
Just need to develop an App for mobile now please!

The people who serve on the Mailbird help-desk are always polite, friendly and extremely helpful. There seems a genuine concern to resolve issues that customers encounter. On this occasion, the issue I raised couldn't be rectified immediately because that particular feature is currently not available in the application. However, I was kindly invited to suggest the idea for the Development Team. First class service!

Upgraded to a new PC.
I upgraded to a new PC and wanted to migrate Mailbird. I bought my Lifetime License many years ago.
After downloading the app onto my new PC I was disappointed to find my Lifetime License was not recognised.

Mailbird has been my email client (PC) of choice for a number of years now and I am not plannning to look anywhere else. It's simple, not overly complicated, fast, responsive, the email tracking feature is awesome and I like that I can use WhatsApp and Slack within the thing.
