This company is completely preditory I bought the Ryoko with unlimited plan within a hour of setting it up they said I used all my data??! So they said I needed to top it off with more not realizing I had already signed up for unlimited I purchased another unlimited plan. Not once did they say anything to me about the first plan they had me sign up for an extra 14 GB so all together I bought 2 unlimited plans and an extra 14 GB on top of that.They refuse to give me any money back and I can't even watch my TV but they say that they've put one plan on hold for 4months but won't give me my money back for at least the plan that's not being used I've spent well over $500.00 and I have no Internet and have had to buy a starlink to be able to have wifi in my R.V. Do Not waste your money they are a Scam!! They absolutely don't care and will not work with you to resolve a problem.Look them up on BBB If you don't believe me!

Brought a ryoko wifi rip off scam
Brought a ryoko wifi router device that arrived today,I paid £49:99 for 6 months unlimited WiFi only to learn my plan expired on the 31st may? What the hell🤬 customer service was absolutely awful and no help with I’m sorry you arnt satisfied but you can buy more data! This company is a scam and to top it off I was told the plan would be £49:95 every 6 months only to find out it’s £179:00 and they were planning to take it at the end of this month!!! I’m £139 in the hole atm but that’s better than being a further £180 down the pan! Proper dodgy
