Gigasoft offer a robust reliable product - but so do a lot of organisations. What makes Gigasoft different is the calibre of their staff, the fact that you can talk to them, they will call you back and they will help to fix your issues.

So many companies only offer support by e-mail and this just isn't good enough whenyou hit problems and need a solution. Gigasoft staff have always been available and ready to sort out any issues I have had.

The speed and level of support given by Gigasoft is easily the best out of all of the companies that we work with. They are fast, knowledgeable and always get the issues sorted out - which is the main reason for us having all of our backup accounts with them.

I don't normally post reviews but in this case I thought I would, we had a server outage and had to get things back up and running as soon as possible, we managed to get a replacement disk for our server and whilst we were waiting for that to arrive gave the guys at Gigasoft a call, they were very helpful and copied all our data on to a disk and shipped it same day to us so that we could decrypt the data back to the server as soon as we were back online. The team were really helpful and kept us up to date with the progress and helped us restore the data back on to our server, Thanks for all your help
