Excellent service by Victoria and a good profit from our gold odds. We were very pleased, and fascinated with the way everything was tested. Also the fact that she was very honest on a particular item we were selling, and explained how we could sell and possibly get more money from a s/h shop. Definitely recommend.

This was my first time using Gold Reserves Jewellers and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
I ordered a pair of silver and diamond stud earrings; they are absolutely gorgeous, the quality is amazing, especially considering the price and they look exactly as they did on the website.
When they arrived, I was delighted by the presentation. They were packaged so beautifully that I initially thought I had accidentally ordered a gift-wrapping service or something similar. The whole package looked so lovely which in turn made the earrings look extra special, which made me feel like a valued customer.
