Very professional and helpful service from GH Ashford contributed to a painless house buying experience

I'd be wary of being lied to by this agent for their own gain at the beginning and end of a tenancy. Fortunately, I am in a position where I keep all written evidence but others may not be so lucky.
Sadly in the current climate, my review will not deter people from renting with them but perhaps landlords could review other agents when deciding who to market their property with.
As well as being lied to, they also acted in an underhand manner which was highlighted and dismissed by the Deposit Protection Service. As stated by the DPS 'After the online claim was submitted to The DPS, the letting agent including additional claim(s). I do not consider it fair or reasonable for a letting agent to include additional claim(s) that the tenant was not notified of when the claim against the deposit was started'.

I am first time buyer and have been looking for my forever home for two years, I have been purchase house and offered been accept different estate, but never got keys no result in the end ,I felt been hang in the air and lost confident with estate from buyer side , it was my first time purchase house from GH , so having decided on one I do not want to lose it.
This house is on THREE OF CHAIN , from purchase until got house keys it was so smooth processing, it was not taking long time to end of completion of three chain.

as I was worried about three of chain , it may not go smooth and can break down any times before I made an offer and communicate with them , they were Honest and open about chains situations and made me feel they words can be trust, now I can say they are honest and caring of our buyer side .

B. Excellent customer service
they are excellent communicate skills and keeping update what was stage on , they are looking after three chain of customers.

C. Professional and Knowledgeable
they are very patience with every query I have and they will answer you quickly and on the phone with great manners to ensure you .
knowledgeable they managed the whole chain of sale ,chasing solicitors, buyers, sellers ect make sure we all same date exchange contract and set date for completion date, it made all of us less stress and easier and timely and efficient.

Thank you guys for giving my first great experience with you GH and making whole processing easier and I got my house keys without you guys expertise I may has not had the best outcome.
