Awful communication
GSC Grays look the part - country clothing, flashy brochure claiming to be great at communicating and selling your property and they were so lovely when they came to value and photograph our home.
However, in truth they are not great or even okay at communicating. After paying the initial fee for their services, we had to constantly chase them for information about the few viewings that they managed; they didn’t return calls and we were left hanging a lot of the time. Over a week to reply to emails or calls at times.
Then to cap it all, when you’ve really had enough of doing their job for them, they charge you an extortionate fee just to leave them - after the initial contract period has passed too !
So in essence, if they don’t sell your property or you decide not to move etc they fine you !
If you want to sell your property I’d look somewhere else other than GSC Grays.
Awful experience at an already stressful time.
