I have bought several items from Gunbroker and every time the transaction has gone seamlessly. From bidding to purchase to delivery. Having FFL's already registered on Gunbroker in my area helps tremendously. Great place to buy adult toys for myself, already looking for another toy to add to my collection!

Not a bad review. It's fun bidding on the guns, even more so winning it, but at the end of the day with shipping and FFL transfer fees you can get from a local shop quicker and sometimes cheaper.

The organization of the website is such that it is fairly easy to find what I am looking for. Paying for items is also very easy including connecting my local FFL with my seller. Auctions are fair and open.
However, the selection filter elements often do not work well and frequently exclude hundreds of ads unnecessarily or include ads that do not meet the criteria requested.

I have been using GunBroker for several years, and have been very satisfied with both the auction and Buy Now processes. The site is easy to navigate & narrow down your search parameters, and the checkout easy and efficient. My only regret is that by living in California I can't purchase a large portion of what they offer. Then there's the taxes...

As far as Gunbroker itself went, it was ok. The search for a particular firearm was not easy, searches did not include all available pistols, and I had to click on another "suggestion" to find the one I was looking for. The search also included many pistols that were NOT what I was searching for (ie, they were Glocks when I was searching for a CZ). Shotgunning returns are NOT a true search. Otherwise the only drawback was the longer than expected payment/shipping from seller, which is not on Gunbroker per-se. I will definitely still use Gunbroker for future purchases.

This is my first time participating in an auction here, and I was fortunate enough to win a bid. However, the payment process has become my biggest headache. Relying solely on checks or similar methods is simply ill-suited to the current environment. Sending a check to a designated location takes a considerable amount of time and involves a cumbersome procedure. Moreover, checks sent via mail are now frequently stolen or lost, leading to a prolonged period of uncertainty and waiting. While you have done an excellent job in every other aspect, I feel that your payment methods are one area that requires improvement. We should not be required to mail checks directly to the seller's private residence, as this exposes both the seller's and my own personal address information—a practice that is arguably ill-advised. I believe you should handle the fee collection yourselves—including the acceptance of credit and debit cards—and then remit the funds to the third-party seller. This would ensure rapid payment and prompt shipping once a bid is successfully won, without compromising anyone's personal information. Furthermore, if credit cards were established as a mandatory condition for bidding, you could implement a policy whereby a 15% restocking fee is automatically charged in the event that a winning bidder fails to complete the payment. This could represent a significant and beneficial reform to your system.

The GB purchase process was smooth. Thanks to the Seller, Rick’s Gun Shop also for timely distribution to my FFL.
