UK Government knows Councils Bad Treatment

!!!!! According to BBC !!!!!

Homeless too often given 'meaningless advice' by councils - MPs

(((( Homeless people are too often given meaningless and ineffectual advice by councils in England, MPs have said.

A Communities and Local Government Select Committee report found homeless people are too often "badly treated" by councils, saying they should have a legal duty to give meaningful support.))))

Homelessness is increasing and a new government plan is required, MPs added.

We are a family living inside Harrow Borough and we are facing

1_ unfair treatment
2- revenge strategy and racism
3- we received misleading information and mismanagement of Harrow Council staff.

We did officially complete on 2018 and we have made another one on Sep 2020.
Usually we receive barbarians treatment and unmorality Behavior. I feel we live in Middle Ages era like crusade attitudes. And harrow staff housing department are applying thier ideological which it is racism and it is against UK human rights. They fight against our family humans rights and our social value. They seem have mentality problems and uncontrollable emotions. They are against our human rights and so on.
They carry blind hatred. This hatred blinded their hearts. And the fullness of their hearts cruelty and injustice.

A Change of review.

I have been trying to get through to Harrow Counci and have finally got through to an operator who then told me that the person I was trying to get hold of was in work but their phone was disconnected. She then called him and I was told to email him, I asked to speak to him and was told that he wasnt accepting calls and then that he wasnt in work and every excuse not to put me through under the sun. She then became rude and I hung up.
I have had more dealings with Harrow Council and these have been a pleasure. They have been helpful and their communication had been good. Thank you and credit where credit is due.

Re Single person council tax discount

Re Single person council tax discount. Harrow council is the worst council in Greater London and I have properties in several boroughs. They can't even tell the difference between a male and female when they reply even after being corrected few times. They don't even bother to check records properly and use terms like" our information is you own the property". All they have to to do is, if in doubt, check with the land registry. It seems they are lazy.If you are a single person living alone and then move out for few weeks to get the property refurbished, Harrow Council refuse to honour the single person council tax tax discount, in spite of having a tenancy agreement showing date of occupancy, single person's name etc. It is clear the council is run by a bunch of incompetent "people". I am now going to take my complaint to the ombudsman as well as my MP.

Harrow once had a reputation of a high…

Harrow once had a reputation of a high class area ! Now its a run down area high street collapsing major banks and businesses have pulled out of the area?? There are no youth facilities there was a youth centre in Grant road but the council sold it to cover its shortfall in short the residence suffer specially they have introduced the parking restrictions 7am-midnight what the the council up to when you raise with the councillors they say the residences are in favour of the scheme no evidence provided to date I have spoken to residence's and they have raised in a partition I wonder what is going on it seems council does not have a clue its now time to refresh from the chief executive to the high post office bearers need to be thrown out and fresh "Team" of people installed its sad what the council is doing I think it's time for people to unite and run a rally to raise there concerns the council keeps taking and taking they find ways to do so to cover there shortfall - especially parking to have to pay the council so you can park outside your house how is this justice ?? The other thing is infestation of CCTV cameras its on every spot and when you speak the main councillors they say its for crime prevention if this is the case here why are there high rate of "Crime" in HARROW??? You see a lot of parking attendance parking who find ways to slap parking tickets and now they have enforcement teams if they see you lettering there is spot on fines there is a lot of rubbish on streets in Harrow?? when you write to councillors to chief excessive no one bothers to respond in a whole you do not get on with these bunch of ignorant bunch of people who are running Harrow in the summer they had a big screen in the town centre showing films how do they fund this ? And yet they are selling all the assets I wonder what next - I would not be surprised you have to pay for the "AIR" you breath . Finally the main issue is with the civic centre which is costing a lot of money to run when you suggest a Kodak site they tell me they cannot afford so what next I am getting worried if harrow council does not go in bankrupt as we have seem similar example. It would be interesting to know how they will respond to my concerns ????????????

The council that has destroyed its Borough

Bunch of fools running the council now, complaints online only as they refuse to take phonecalls, if you pop into their offices to complain they show you two phones to ring upstairs (one of which is permanently out of order) where the disinterested staff are hiding underneath their desks as they are fed up of the numerous complaints.
Managers will never talk to you, ever. Missed dustbin collection, fill in an online complaint form and they will never come to pick it up till the next collection date.
Problem with council tax? They will take you to court first rather than listen to why you have not paid even if its their mistake.
Leaves from their numerous trees littering your driveway and front door, well they expect you to pick it up for free, and they charge you if you put it into the brown bin.
Tripping over their badly aligned pavements, just try suing them, they just don't care.
Pot holes in the road outside your home, if you complain often enough, they will come and fix some of them - not all. Don't forget they don't have the budget for it anymore.
In short this useless council has totally destroyed what once used to be a posh, leafy suburb of London and turned it into a rat hole (literally) that nobody wants to live in.

The only solution would be to sack all existing, disinterested staff members from the top to the bottom and hire new people who actually care about serving the community that pay them their wages.

What a shower!

Possibly the worst government organisation I have ever had the misfortune to deal with - and do you know what - they really don't care! Trying to make contact is a waste of time. They famously ignore written requests, its impossible to call them to challenge anything and if you rock up at the office they call security! Staffed by an army of poor English speakers they are only interested in making you pay!! I would be ashamed to work there as an employee (even though the Chief Executive earns £348,000pa) or be represented by any of the elected officials. My advice - live somewhere else!
