First order (a big one) total disaster..
Avoid like the plague, they use Yodel as their courier, I gave Hasbro Pulse a big first order £150+ and it never arrived,
having waited in "all day" and used Yodel's up to date tracking service where it counts down how many stops they are away, an update came up saying left on porch,
that's right Yodel delivered it to the wrong property and when contacting Yodel they were no help at all and in fact quite rude,
so my strong advice is stay clear of Hasbro Pulse unless they first change their courier because Yodel are just about the worst courier in the UK from my experience,
sadly I can't comment on Hasbro Pulse in general as I never got my parcel so have no idea how it would have turned out condition wise etc.
however as it's Hasbro Pulse that make the terrible choice to use such a poor courier service in the first place and importantly give you "no other delivery option" sadly they have to take much of the blame,
currently waiting to get a refund from Hasbro Pulse but after two phone calls to them already get the feeling I will be given the runaround before I get my money back,
so AVOID at all costs, not worth the stress or hassle.
I will just add Hasbro Pulse did get the item shipped out quickly, but, obviously that counts for little when they use a totally useless courier.
Amazing customer service
I had a broken NERF gun - twice. Hasbro customer service went above and beyond what I expected in dealing with it both times and replaced the products with even better models with no quibbles. They were fantastic - I was very impressed.
Haslab Razorcrest - nice ship BUT RUBBISH CUSTOMER SALES
To say I am disappointed with the condition the Star Wars Razorcrest arrived in is an understatement. Yet again - on an expensive collector's item Hasbro package it in a flimsy box. This arrived with rips, water-damage and dings to the inner toy box itself.
However, I paid for this item in November 2020 and received it in Feb 2022 (plenty of time to get the item right you'd think)...... but NO! Items from the Razorcrest were actually missing from inside and still no reply on a replacement.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It reminds me of the scene from Santa Claus The Movie, when teddy bears were stuffed with nails and screws!!!
Broken Piece and Unwilling to replace
Bought Power Rangers 6 Pack and Blue Ranger Weapon came broken. Their customer service just sent me to a Global "Care" team because they didn't want to help me, and eventually said that team couldn't help me and forwarded me on to the next "Care" team for the manufacturer of the figures, ThreeZero. They are on New Year Holiday for the next 2 weeks and they will get back with me as soon as they can. Hasbro "apologized" and thanked me for my "understanding" which just shows that companies just throw around those words and have no meaning or action behind them.
Impressed with customer service
Bought a Star Wars Mission Fleet X Wing with Luke Skywalker figure for my son for Christmas. My son managed to pull the hand off the figure and we couldn’t find it. I emailed Hasbro to see if I could purchase a Luke figure. Hasbro suggest I return to store as sounded like a faulty product or, if unable to do that then provide additional details. I was unable to return to store so emailed additional details as requested. I received response to say they would be sending a replacement Luke within 14 days. This morning I’ve received a whole replacement set at no additional cost. Really pleased with the customer service from Hasbro!

I brought my children 3 of my favorite childhood games and was so disappointed in the quality of the games, kerplunk just falls apart, every time you put a stick in it makes the whole thing fall apart, operation is now crap the pieces are so tiny and cheap and mousetrap which was the best of a bad bunch had one piece didn't fit in the board so compared to the other 2 was the only game worth trying to play.
Whoever is now.in charge of putting out these games should be ashamed of themselves how can you sell them and they be so. useless im sure the orginal hasbro owners would be horrified if they see what your selling now in there name and ripping people off, I wish I still had my games from 30 years ago they were much better

I bought my 5 year old Guess Who for…
I bought my 5 year old Guess Who for Christmas. It is cheap crap. Nothing like it used to be. All the faces are cardboard and fall out the second the doors flip down. The doors themselves are flimsy and weak plastic. We played once and it too longer to put all the faces in and keep putting them back as they continuously fell out. So disappointed. Total waste of money and unlikely that it will get played again. Poor quality and zero value for money.

Hasbro customer service is null and void. Never answers messages, never answers emails. Customer service page is all dead ends and links to nowhere. Chat is exactly the same! Nothing! Complete nothing from this company! I give up with this horrible company.
Impeccable customer service
Had issues with bukaroo that I purchased from b&m and was unable to return to a store to exchange it in time for the return window due to covid, the store refused to allow an exchange after the window had passed so I contacted hasbro directly and sent pictures of the defected game and my receipt.
They immediately resolved the problem, gave me a few options for replacements for the age range I was looking for and send out a brand new game in the post at no extra cost.
One very happy 5 year old nephew who was in tally disappointed he couldn’t play the game when I purchased it.
Great customer service, communication was quick efficient and dealt with quickly.
I was expecting a return Jiffy bag to send back the defect so that they could later refund me.
So was very pleased that there was a no quibble replacement game sent out.

I just heard Hasbro is making a Monopoly game where women get more money for passing go than men. Are you serious? So now what you're telling women is that intellectually they need a handicap in order to beat a man at the game. Talk about discrimination!!!

Outstanding customer service from Hasbro. They quickly dealt with an issue we had with a Star Wars ship we had bought our son for Christmas. The ship was faulty so they sent a replacement vehicle quickly. Great personal touch from them. Many thanks.

We have a broken bankcardmachine for the Electronic version of the game 'Life'. We sent a sms because other customer service options are not available. As a customer we have to answer a very stupid sms-machine. No respect, no answer, no machine, no game, no fun. You should be ashamed customer service of Hasbro. Last time I bought any of your games.

Struggling to collect
as a long time Transformers collect, i find the need for country exclusive models very disheartening, especially when they get bought up by scalpers to sell on a sill prices, the current runs of Seige and Earthrise have also suffered from limited runs of Amazon exclusives (Ironhide &Prowl were a big upset), its strange during this time of covid that i have money to give Hasbro, but they dont want to sell me the items i want to buy....
Poopalot and peealots are disgusting
I have had no experiences with this company but I am responding to a television commercial. The new peealots and poopalots are disgusting! Pooping and peeing are normal for dogs and cats yet these are not dog and cats. They are plastic and cheap faux fur. And are not real. You don’t have to be so factual. I think that it’s a great idea to have cute furry fake pets, but you don’t need to make them gross. You can make a fake treat to pretend to feed them and water bottles that can’t get water in them. You need to pull these toys before you get less kind reviews. I hope you heed my warning.😔

Great response, on a product bought 7 months ago through a 3rd party. The staff were very helpful and polite. Replaced a part with no issues. I wish all companies made it this easy. I will always buy their products after my experience.
