Very fast shipping and product according to description. Heater model I was interested in was the cheapest here.

Kept up to date with order and delivery

While the item I ordered was not immediately in stock ; I was appraised of arrival time and then kept up to date regarding delivery. Overall I am happy with this service .
I can't rate the item bought as it has not yet been installed : it's part of bathroom refurbishment which has not yet started .

My company was waiting for a dual…

My company was waiting for a dual immerison heater timer to our belief it was due to be delivered 3/ 4 days jthe job was booked in to that timescale no delivery or dispatch notice , I called the company to be told it was out of stock poor communication in my opinion.

I ordered a Heatrae over-sink water…

I ordered a Heatrae over-sink water heater from Heating2Go on 11/12/2025.
On 18/12/2025, I was told there was an unavoidable delay and given a revised delivery date of 21/01/2026. I accepted this delay in good faith.

Today (21/01/2026), after receiving no update whatsoever, I had to call Heating2Go myself. I was then told the product will not arrive until mid-March — over three months after ordering.

At no point was I informed of this further delay. If I hadn’t chased it up, I would still be waiting with no idea when (or if) the item was coming.

Responsibility was passed to their supplier, but I did not order from the supplier — I ordered from Heating2Go. Communication failures are not the customer’s problem.

As a tradesperson, this has directly affected my ability to complete work for a client. I could have sourced this product elsewhere had I been told the truth sooner.

Apologies without answers, no accountability, and no proactive communication. I won’t be using Heating2Go again and would advise others to think carefully if they’re working to a deadline

Unfortunately, there is currently a UK wide components issue affecting Heatrae products, and we were only recently made aware of the extended delay by the manufacturer. We appreciate that this update should have been communicated to you sooner and apologise that you had to chase this yourself. We also recognise that, as the retailer, keeping you informed is our responsibility.

Your comments regarding communication have been noted and we are reviewing our processes to ensure customers receive clearer and more proactive updates when supplier situations change.

Item and service from Heating2go was fine .
The delivery from DHL was diabolical,they claimed that the weather had affected the first two delivery attempts even though my wife did the 10 mile journey to and from work on both days and I had deliveries from Royal mail,and Evri on both days.

Good experience with a good company

Good experience with a good company. Delivery was excellent and item was as ordered, which unfortunately due to an error on my part was the wrong part. I was refunded very quickly which was great. Definitely will use this company again as and when required.

Thermostat

Fast delivery, well packaged and excellent price too. I've already got the same thermostat in my hall and opted for the same to replace a broken one in the conservatory. Very easy to programme, what more could I ask for.

Great service and by far the best price on the internet.

Great service by far the best price on the internet, ordred and deliveredthe next day by DHL within the designated time slot. I bought a 9 Kw Redring undersink heater, the heater was very easy to fit and works like a drem.

Product delivered on time and well…

Product delivered on time and well packaged. The battery supplied was faulty with the device, which is not critical to operation. The support offered was direct to manufacturer and response was lacking to say the least. Will contact heating2go as per their request.
