Hey guys! I am a big fan of your site and decided to switch from other sites like DOVER STREET, SNS and LUISAVIA ROMA to your site as I find your selection more updated and closer to my taste. I have placed 2 different orders the past week and planning another one soon. I have received a pair of shoes that I ordered in size 44 in 42 which was a mistake from your side. Your customer support was super-quick and nice but I needed those shows on time for a special occasion and I ended up looking for something else last minute. Also, I have in my wishlist a Y-3 T-Shirt (Logo Knit Sweater Black/Gray) but there is almost 50 EUR difference on your price comparing with LUISAVIAROMA. Generally your site is great, I will be your customer, I really like your selection but thought to share these few details with you :) Nothing changes to how I see HIGHSNOBIETY. X

Terrible packaging and customer…
Terrible packaging and customer service. I ordered a $1,500 purse, and it was packaged so terribly that it arrived with the leather strap bent and wrinkled. I reached out to customer service, and they responded by saying there's nothing they can do about it and that "leather is flexible" so I should try bending it back. Of course, the strap wasn't fixable and is permanently damaged. DO NOT BUY FROM HIGH SNOBIETY.

Poor packaging
Poor packaging. Excessive packaging. They make cardboard mailers for skateboards. Packaged poorly even though there was too much cardboard it wasn’t sealed properly and water was let in and got the skateboard wet.

Very poor customer experience. The package was delivered to a wrong person I do not know without my signature, and the official tracking page obviously shows that, and they still asked me to provide a proof from the delivery company, which is almost impossible within Germany. Big websites such as Zalando, Amazon never ask the customers to provide this, they investigate the issue themselves and find the solution. Do you know what they told me in the email? "Fingers crossed!" What an amateur site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AS IF YOU WERE PERCHASING FROM A SCAM SITE!!!

Incorrect Item deliver and to many troubles while ordering online
Well i got the wrong item with my order and the whole experience from ordering to getting the issue fix was not really the best. Starting from the ordering several times i had to change my order because i put stuff on my bag that was not longer „on stock“ but on your app was showing as „available“. The option to rearrange items or filter them in a certain way also don’t really work and after all the struggle by ordering, i got delivered the wrong item. I your customer care couldn’t send the proper item to me. I was expected to return the wrong item and reorder. Which i didn‘t do because of the poor experience while ordering the first time. Also your contact us section in the app says „you would get notifications here and through your email and i thought to keep things easy for me and keep all in one place i would keep the communication through the app because i started it there. Your customer service agent complain and demand that i rather respond through the email he sent me. So why open a contact us option in the app when it also doesn’t work??? Overall experience was a 3/10
