Great way to send large files to clients
I have used Hightail for many years and the site is perfect for sending large files to my clients. I have been using this service when it was called "You Send It" The site is very user friendly and very affordable. I highly recommend.

Would like tracking report to be more user friendly
Would like tracking report to be more easier to figure out which file was downloaded. click link and it take me right to the file (if i have multiple sends that day, or a lot of time has gone by, it's harder (takes more time) to figure out which file it's meaning.

Hightail is solid and efficient
Hightail is solid and efficient. I've used then for large file transfers for years without a problem. I wouldn't trust my important files to any other service.

Enhancements
1. Cannot create link for a saved file in Hightail unless I send it as an email!
2. The top ribbon is not responsive, when scrolling down in Folders, the top titles (Name, Type, Created on, etc, also the "New Folder" and "Add files") disappear!
3. Cannot move files to other folders.
