Would love an option to upload straight from desktop. Is there a tool?

I am totally satisfied with the file transfer services offered by Hightail. The program works well as advertised.

Hi there, here are some notes about my experience: I use Hightail for transmittals in a legal (litigation) context. For the most part I am happy with it. Some things I notice could use improvement are: It would be great to be able to save a DRAFT of a SEND operation; to be able to save it as a draft and then come back later. REASON: very helpful in multitasking in a litigation setting, where we no infrequently have to set up Hightails to transmit 100s if not 1000s of documents. It would also be great to set up a notice of the Hightail transmittal within the Hightail program. I have to manually draft an email notice to parties in Outlook and hold it and try to hit SEND on both my Outlook email (announcing that I am concurrently sending the HIGHTAIL transmittal) and the actual Hightail as close to each other as possible. This gets a little time-consuming. I'll see if you do anything with these suggestions before sending more. Thank you. Pamela Anne Lee, BOUTIN JONES INC. (916) 321-4444.

very slow am now finding wetransfer is quicker and cheaper

No Problem, files are sen with no issues

Hihgtail is dependable, flexible and robust. When sending files there are options to use a pass code, receive notice when the file is delivered and when it is downloaded. There are no ads attached, no crazy switching you to an ad site which I have had happen with other file transfer services. Hightail is professional. I love it and it is easy to use.

A reasonably good application spoiled by pop-ups.
For the last 12 months I have to close 2 annoying pop-ups (advertising the same feature over and over again) before I can proceed into my paid file storage.
This review is due to 3 spam emails from them insisting that I put a review on this platform

I am able to send large reports and documents via email without wondering if the end-user will actually receive the information

I’ve been using Hightail for several years now. It’s everything they promise and I’ve never experience any negative situations with it. My clients have had no issues either.

Hightail was an easy to use and elegantly designed platform for sending large audio AIFF/WAV files between the mix and mastering engineers on my last music project by the band, ThisOneSky. I definitely recommend Hightail to the music making community. I will certainly be using Hightail on my next project.

I find this super easy to put videos on but every time I send a video to others, especially when they are using an iPhone, they have trouble accessing it. Please focus on letting people see the videos instead of getting people to join hightail.

I find Hightail very easy and convenient to use. I send very large files that will not go through regular email, and my customers find it convenient to receive a link rather than large files.
