HATE YOUR USER INTERFACE
Your service is fine, but I HATE YOUR USER INTERFACE! I wrote to the company about it 5 years or so ago, but nothing has changed.
Why must your message window be SO DAMN SMALL! And it's not enlargeable either. (Even the window on this survey can be enlarged!) And the black background, with black "highlighting" of selected text is hard to read.
FIX YOUR DAMN INTERFACE! (It would be a very simple fix!)

I find HighTail easy to use
I find HighTail easy to use. I can just drop the files into the box and fill in my message and send them securely. This makes sending confidential patient information easy. I usually password protect the file so only the person I'm sending it to can view them. I'm very happy with HighTail.

I still think it's quite a challenge too understand the Hightail nomenclature and how to use it. Which is why I'm very slow to adopt it.
