Superb, I love HIGHTAIL!!

Easily the most acceptable and simple way to send large amounts of data when your not a "Techie"

I love how Hightail handles large files - some of my customers and other vendors are now using Hightail after receiving files from me!

Helps me provide a bonus service.
I love using Hightail for my client's ease. I record my sessions and send them along to them so they have a reference for what we discussed. It cuts down on questions between sessions and allows them to relax during the session knowing there will be a recording sent to them. I use it for my classes as well. I love that they don't have to join anything to get their recording.

When most businesses block other similar sites, Hightail never gets blocked. Fast efficient and trackable.

Just a few comments: we use hightail to deliver large image files to our customers and we often get feedback that they did not receive files (likely due to the emails going into Junk or Spam folders). So I wind up having to re-send the files in order to get to the link so I can copy that and send a separate email with the link only so that they can receive the email without having to search through their junk or spam folders. It would be great if there were an option to just forward the link so we aren't sending three emails for one transaction.

The other thing that I notice is that the search function doesn't always work efficiently, especially when searching for an email address. I will often get "no results" when I know in fact that we have sent an email to a particular email address.

This service is easy to use and offers options for large files to be shares or sent with security in mind as well. I have used the service for over 10yrs with no problems so yes I would recommend it.

I Love It

I have used Hightail (with its various names/ownership) for years and this is my first review. It has definitely made my life so much easier, and I only take advantage of the basics . . . . sending and receiving large files. I do work for a volunteer organization and we create and collaborate on large files with lots of video clips for our teaching. We can exchange the information easily, to 6-7 people at a time, without changes in the format and easily accessed (unlike other services we have tried). The cost for me is reasonable, and I can send to others who have not paid for the service. All in all I don't know what i'd do without Hightail.

Hightail makes it easy for me to deliver files to my clients, particularly when those files are sensitive and they need to be delivered under a tight timeline.
