The whole project was dealt with professional help and guidance. Different suggestions which would suit our kitchen. The quality of the kitchen units and work surface is of the highest.
The fitter and his team were brilliant. Clean, on time and very professional.

Highly recommended: a first class service from start to finish. Adam took my ideas and turned them into a wonderful, practical kitchen and all within my budget: after an hour and a half at the office, we had a plan and the kitchen was ordered. Mark was also very helpful with my queries whilst Adam was on leave. The quality is really excellent: the kitchen looks absolutely stunning and has been achieved at a very reasonable cost. The whole process from start to finish was painless and the kitchen was fitted within three weeks of sitting down with the planner. I will be using Home Joinery for any of my future projects.

Due to a lack of advertising found Home Joinery purely by luck when looking for a new kitchen.
We were impressed by the Market Harborough showroom and the knowledge and professionalism of the staff, especially Michelle who came out to measure and draw up a design for us. We made a few changes along the way and nothing was too much trouble for her to incorporate these alterations within the plans.
The kitchen was ordered and delivered on time, the carcases and doors were of a very good quality and we are very pleased with the finished product.
Unfortunately there was one mishap that has made me mark this as 4 stars instead of 5. After delivery on Friday 29th March the fitters immediately starting installing the kitchen. It was discovered later in the afternoon that there had been an error in the ordering and three units had been supplied with the doors opening the wrong way This was frustrating as the fitters were waiting to get the job finished and as one was the sink unit it was causing the plumber a delay as well. I phoned HJ and spoke to Michelle who admitted it was their mistake and she would speak to her manager, Mark, about how we could rectify it. Mark was actually in the Harborough showroom and called me to see if the units could be altered to make the sink fit, something I was not happy about as I had paid a lot of money and wanted the correct units.
Mark agreed to reorder the correct units and get them swapped over, as the kitchens are made to order he confirmed that the workshop would manufacture the new cabinets on Monday and they would be delivered Tuesday, not ideal but agreed to accept that.
On Monday at 16.45 I received a call from Rita in the showroom saying the units are being prepared for delivery Friday, I was not pleased as it was far too late in the day to cancel the fitters I had arranged to come in the following morning as Mark had informed me the units would be first drop on the Tuesday. I asked to speak to him but he was not available, something I was not surprised at, so had to wait until the next morning when Michelle was back at work. She was not happy that the replacements had not arrived but did a marvellous job in getting the 2 sink units delivered by a manager in the back of his 4x4 on Wednesday and the broom cupboard swapped on the Thursday, it was an improvement but still meant I had two tradesmen twiddling their thumbs most of the day.
I spoke to her at length regarding this lack of communication as I had to pay for the two fitters I had arranged for the Tuesday and asked for Mark to contact me and explain why the units had not been delivered as he had confirmed, also I would have thought it was normal for customer service to follow up any errors to ensure that the customer was happy with the outcome. It has been 5 weeks and I have not heard anything from the elusive Mark or anyone at Home Joinery.
We are very pleased with the finish of the product and can not praise Michelle highly enough for her work and attitude throughout. We had thought about looking at HJ when we are ready to furnish our bedroom, we may still but this lack of customer service has soured the what should have been an exciting experience.

This is the first time we’ve used Home Joinery, having fitted kitchens previously in our own home and for family and these kitchen units stand out for their high quality and finish right down to the excellent soft close hinges. Competitively priced and as all units come ready built rather than flat pack it saved a lot of time on the fitting. Adam and Lianne at the Tunstall store were very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Home Joinery and would use again for future requirements.

I run an installation business and either purchase for people, or install their own Kitchens, and have had dealings with Home Joinery on several occasions now.
The product is great to work with, and the Team based in Tunstall are at the top of their game, from design to sales!
I fully recommend giving these a try if you are after a Good quality product at a very competitive price!

I recently purchased some fitted wardrobes from home joinery in Tunstall and was very pleased with the finish and quality of the product,the service from walking into the showroom through to the product being delivered on time was excellent,Sharna,Mike & Adam are very welcoming staff and there attitude to service is second to none.I highly recommend a visit to see the products they have to offer and have already recommended them to a number of my customers.

Fantastic service from Mike Gritt. Very professional but very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him. He listened to us but also gave good advice. Very reasonable price for good quality units. Can’t wait for our kitchen to be fitted.

Great design work from both Lianne and Mike in delivering us our new kitchen. Found it easy to sit and talk through the design with our input and their experience in design, and with the help also of Adam with his knowledge managed to agree and purchase our new kitchen.

Adam and Lianne have been so incredibly helpful with helping us choose our dream kitchen. Adam has really taken time to understand our home conversion to try and create the perfect design that will fit in and compliment our home beautifully. Both he and Lianne have been welcoming and enthusiastic about our project every time we have visited and there showroom. We are extremely excited to see the finished result once it’s fitted and we be returning here for bathrooms furniture too!

I would recommend this company to anyone, they have just saved me at least £2000 compared to the quote from a well known retailer. The staff are helpful and friendly. Save yourself the time, go here first
