Delivery Issues
I had a notification from you advising me that my order would be delivered via DPD on 13/5/21. On tracking my order and ringing DPD I was advised that they haven’t received the parcel from you. Today is 15/5/21 I have no idea where my parcel is. Really not impressed.

Our usual turnaround time (unless upgraded) is 3-5 working days due to the bespoke nature of our products and I can see that your order did arrive within this timescale.
