IMO Car Wash Reviews 

First time i have been and was really impressed with the result.

young adult member of staff gave an excelent service. He was intentionally, looked at the care to make sure he was washing it properly not just a quick spay or barely looking at the care and moving on.
he ensured the cre was nice and clean and i was a happy customer .

Paid £19 to have a tiny prewash before being sent into the automated car wash, at the end of which my car was essentially spunked on with a bunch of watery foam which wasnt worked in and just blown off... Car was still wet coming out of there with a fair amount of dirt still present on certain parts... all different kinds of waxes and potions promised but all im left with is an oily windscreen which wont wipe away water anymore which I've had to clean myself 4 times before its started getting better again. Only reason for 2 star is that it got most of the bugs off the front of the car whereas traditional hand washes struggle with that.

Attendants need to do a better job with pre wash. Alloy wheels need cleaning properly and when you pay for alloy wheel spa thats what you expect not just a quick rinse with power washer. And they ask me if I would like to give a tip.i payed £20 for ceramic xtr I dont expect to have to get home and finish cleaning my wheels. That wash is over priced for the results you get.

Used the Shoreham branch a couple times. The guy is lovely and directed me well. Even advised me to book online right infront of him to save some pennies. Car was clean, cost was good. No complaints.

The car was still dirty when I drove away! There were marks everywhere and the windows were still dirty as was the wing mirrors, both the glass and the casing. Worst car wash I've ever experienced which was a real shame as I have been there before and never had a problem

Fantastic wash as always I just wish that the 6 stamps would last longer. I had 4 stamps then another one due to the wash I bought online so total 5 stamps but found out I only had 3 days to use them. So unfortunately I lost all 5 and had to start again. Apart from that 100%👍

Car wash machine at Tesco, Newbury ripped the plastic casing of my wing mirror off. Incident report filled out with staff, informed I would hear from them. Nothing. I contacted their head office, no response. Currently have ducktaped wing mirror and had to source and pay for replacement myself. Shoddy wash also, avoid.

I like the app and buying a bundle does save your money. Going ghrough the eash is quick and easy. The two chaps are pleasant and courteous.

Always get a clean car when using IMO. Quick and friendly staff.

Easy car wash and convenient, however it doesn’t deep clean sticker marks etc, and doesn’t fully dry the car.

Very good job , it’s the only outside car wash I will use

Smears on windscreen the drying dangly thing didn’t even really dry the car.

The pre wash (hand) facility was not working prior to going through the machine. Had pre paid and unable to do a u turn in a tight facility.
