Terrible comunication. Took over a month to reply to a yes if no question in an email. It's been 8 years since I started my claim. Not sure they even done any work. Often no solicitor in the office when I ask any questions. Bad attitude staff from the reception to the solicitors themselves steer clear at all costs.
They cost me more than the compensation was the solicitor wanted 300 pounds an hour and I have been waiting over 3 years
