Easy to use and swift payment, The unit I used crashed but the very helpful staff on the other end of the phone helped me by resetting the unit and allowing me to complete the transaction. Even though I had problems I would definitely use it again.

Highly recommended for phone recycling
I really wasn't sure about leaving my phone in a random machine in a shopping centre, but I needn't have worried. The machine offered me more than either of the two shops I tried, and after an easy and quick transaction the money was transferred into my bank account before I'd even left the machine. The whole thing start to finish took about 5 minutes, and I will definitely use these machines again.
