Avoid at All Costs!

I purchased a Corsa from this dealer and it has been an absolute nightmare. Shortly after buying the car, they informed me of a *faulty coolant issue*—something they conveniently failed to mention before the sale. They kept the car to "fix" it, claiming it was the coolant housing. Their mechanic replaced it and gave me vague, generic paperwork to prove it.

When I picked the car up, the housing was indeed new, and they provided a measly 14-day guarantee for the coolant issue. But just three days later, the car wouldn’t start, the coolant light started flashing, and diagnostic codes pointed to coolant and temperature issues again.

I contacted them immediately, but they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. They offered to send a truck to collect the car, but it never came, and I’ve had zero contact from them since. This company is **useless, unprofessional, and outright dodgy**. They only accept bank transfers, which now makes perfect sense given their shady practices.

They clearly sell broken cars and couldn’t care less about their customers. Save your money and go elsewhere—these people cannot be trusted. Absolute disgrace.

When I went to view a car here, two seatbelts didn't work (immediate mot fail), it had a flat tyre, the brakes were barely working, the clutch was shot, the engine was ticking from lack of maintenance (common issue in that engines), the parcel shelf was broken, the spare tyre was missing and so were the tools, it had no service history (the dealer thought it was in the glovebox but it was just 3 full CD cases) and it was obviously a smokers car, it stank so bad that my clothes smelt of smoke 4 hours later, just from sitting in it... none of these issues were disclosed by the dealer, and upon arrival he stated that there was no problems with the car at all.

I bought a car from here and within a few days it had broken down. We had a mechanic out who said it was an engine fault and there has been a previous attempt at repair but a very bad job, would cost more to repair than the car is worth. I contacted Iver and I was told the person I need to speak to is in a meeting/ on leave/ day off and no one gets back to you! Please do not Easter your money.
