Visited James Moore jewellers and bought a Longines hydroconquest watch. Couldn't have asked for better service. Firstly they price matches to another authorised dealer and the lady who dealt with me in the shop was very patient. Spot on would highly recommend.

This is the In Store jewellers for First Class Watches. I actually bought from First Class Watches but if Online is this good in store must be fantastic as you could toch and feel before making a purchase.

Good price for the watch - a Garmin Epix gen 2 pro 51mm in Titanium. Ordered late on Friday and delivered on the Tuesday. They followed up by email to make sure everything was ok which I am pleased to say it was. Watch is superb - very pleased.

Superb olde world Jewellers + excellent watch specialist one of the best Ive ever found. Erin & Kate are superb knowledgable & very helpful in a professional way & will tell you if something isn’t right. Their customer service is honestly the best Ive ever experienced. Liam the Boss is a very experienced watch specialist and helped me considerably. Scott the Technical man has a wealth of watch business and on one occasion resolved a day date issue saving it being sent ti Seiko for weeks. I have brought 5 watches of James Moore and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now after the great service I have had off all the people above who are excellent honest & do care about quality & customer care + satisfaction

We had been looking for a T bar for an Albert chain for years in antique shops etc - we saw Kate who ordered several for us to look at which unfortunately just didn’t look right - after a few weeks she and her colleague came up with a pre loved one which was perfect - it was fitted and shiny ready to be given as a special birthday present! Thank you we’ll definitely be back 😊

I found my dream-watch (my birthday present to me) on another very reputable website, filled in all details;-- then had my order canceled because they had sold out of that watch.
So I put the watch make and model in Google to see if anyone else had it. James Moore Jewelers had it for £60 LESS, + free postage !!! Website SO easy to use. . . .

Their online site is 'First Class' by name and delivers the same customer experience. Exceptionally professional and focused retailer. Highly recommended.

What a great experience. The information I received was perfect. From placing order to receiving the watch was faultless. Watch arrived on time by DPD and was in pristine condition. I would definitely buy from First Class again.

Friendly staff, large selection of watches, patient when making your choice, got a great deal as they were able to price match and they set up the watch for me.

Love the bracelet. Much cheaper than H Samuel's. The only worry 😟 i have it, the elastic band the beads are on could snap. More so if it gets wet.....

Earlier this year, I lost my engagement ring, which had immense sentimental value as it was made with materials gifted by my mother shortly before she passed away. Understandably, I was very upset, but Liam was incredibly kind, sensitive, and reassuring. He looked at pictures of the ring and explained how they could create a replica.
Liam also kindly guided me through the process of claiming via my insurance company, helping me understand what to expect, which was of great help. He really took the time to understand what I wanted from my replacement ring and was empathetic throughout the whole process.
I am delighted with my new ring, which, while it may never replace the sentimentality of the previous one, is just as beautiful. I would definitely recommend this jeweller for their fine products and exceptional customer-focused service.
