Cat groomer training
I undertook my Certificate in Professional Cat Grooming with Kelly and her team end of 2023. I spoke with Lisa on a few occasions before committing (as it was a big step to take) and she was very supportive and down to earth (as is all the team!). I had two under-2 boys at home and would need to travel up every day to train; just under a 2-hour journey each way. Kelly and Lisa were both incredibly kind and accommodating for my particular family needs, which ultimately meant I chose them over any other training provider, because of fitting around my babies and knowing my individual needs were understood. Each day of training was like I was already part of the team. Kelly was an encouraging, down to earth, supportive and inspiring trainer. We got straight to it! Kelly showed me everything and explained all the techniques through demonstration and hands-on practicals. She was a friend through her tutorship too, and saw potential and built confidence where it was most needed. I’m really pleased to have trained with someone so skilled and experienced in the industry. The cat unit is separate to the dog grooming salon as well, so exclusively feline! The customer support is always helpful (as I source my uniform from KD Products now as well, being the best for hair resistance, comfort and quick drying). The products are really reasonably priced too.
