Despite me probably being a pain in the backside, Charlie has not stopped being the best point of call through the whole process even since first enquiring in August last year… from when I decided to go through with my application after finally building my credit the process was insanely quick and super smooth, hand off was amazing too also very fast..

Yet again Graham has gone above and beyond in every way possible to find the perfect car for me and to make sure every aspect of the operation ran without a hitch. Top class service. I factory ordered a Karoq from a different broker almost a year ago, with an estimated delivery date of 30th Nov as my prior lease was up early Dec. Car left the factory 13th Nov but as of end of Jan 2024 was still not in the country.

I cancelled that, as Key2Lease were offering the exact vehicle in the same trim & colour for the same price, with an estimated delivery date that met my requirements.

Charlie was easy to get hold of (unlike the last broker) and he dealt with everything fast and efficiently, we had all the paperwork done and sorted the same day and the vehicle was delivered 9 working days later. When I told the previous broker that I was cancelling as I could get this vehicle sooner, they laughed on the phone saying it was impossible!

Initially, I found my lease deal on a comparison site. I called Key2lease and Graham guided me through the process excellently, from initially placing my order, through to taking delivery of my new vehicle. Communication was fantastic throughout the process, with regular updates being sent via both email and text.
