The restaurant smelled like a raw chicken coop. The floors were dirty , waited for 5 minutes to get service only after I banged on counter to get someone attention while they were in back talking , the chicken tenders were over cooked , don’t get my full order or any sauces to go with tenders, ketchup packs had a sticky substance all on the outside, called corporate just to have the restaurant manger call me and harassed me by calling me a liar with my complaints. The location is shelbyville ky and needs to be shut down or under new management. I personally will never eat at a kfc even is someone paid me to eat there for the rest of my life .

KFC in Ripley MS
Went to KFC in Ripley MS, Ordered aan 8pc dinner with potatoes and coleslaw.
When we got to th window th guy said did you want to add a coleslaw, my husband said yes I want a coleslaw.
So what the guy did was give us 2 potato and gravy and we paid for coleslaw.
Got to the hotel and only had 7 pcs of chicken . Went back and the guy was very rude chicken was greasy and the coleslaw we paid for was only 1/2 full.

Very disappointing experience at KFC
The food quality was poor, but what made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff and management. We received items that we did not order and when we pointed out the mistake, the staff refused to correct it. Instead of acknowledging their error and providing a solution, they insisted that we had to keep the order as it was.
When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told that this is “the rule in Morocco” and that they do not offer refunds or exchanges, even when the mistake comes from their side. This is unacceptable customer service. Customers should not be forced to pay for and accept food they never ordered because of an error made by the restaurant.
What should have been a simple issue to resolve turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience due to the complete lack of accountability and customer care. This experience has seriously damaged our trust in the KFC brand. As a result, we have decided to stop visiting KFC restaurants altogether, not only in Morocco but worldwide. One bad order can happen anywhere, but refusing to correct a mistake and treating customers this way is something we cannot accept.

I think KFC is doomed , dinner for 2 ,30 bucks , 3 pieces of chicken each, 2 of the three we not editable. the third was a breast that had been cooked some time ago, stringy and dried out .no wonder all the reviews are bad , don't waste your money

Westb liberty kfc, has the friendliest service and great food. I ordered and 8 piece meal with mashed potatoes gravy and baked beans. Everything was tasty and delicious. And customer service there was great.

Your complaints procedure is ridiculous and I cannot email you back from the email received and you do not mention on the email how to respond back.
