Rude Staff

On May 23, 2026, I called the KFC store at 841 Springfield Avenue, Irvington, NJ 07111 to follow up on a job application I had submitted earlier. The staff was so rude and didn't even listen to what I had to say. She ended the call harshly and I was so confused. I may be in need of a job but I won't tolerate and disrespectful and unprofessionalism from anyone. Thank you and stay safe.

I came in for 2 pieces of chicken and…

I came in for 2 pieces of chicken and had to wait 25 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable
I would have left but because I have to order on the kiosk I knew the incompetence of the person working I would probably have to wait for refund as well. Absolutely disgusting attitude from the staff as well and they hardly speak English either.

Worst store I've ever been to. They never have anything ready. They need new managers. Always happens every time. Why have specials if you can't provide them. Nothing but morons working there!! KFC in Harlingen Tx.

Jordan is the best!

What makes this KFC in Denver (Glendale), CO such a stand out is their manager, Jordan. I come here frequently and if I’m ever less than satisfied, he is quick to rectify any situation and resolve it satisfactory. As a result, this is My go to restaurant! And their Tuesday special of eight pieces of dark meat for $10 is by far the best deal in town!

Ordered 3 large fried chicken livers.i…

Ordered 3 large fried chicken livers.i could eat all 3 and still be hungry.2 of them had pieces of chicken finger the size of chicken nuggets in them.i stopped going to KFC years ago when they stopped having livers.now its not enough to make me a customer again.i went to KFC in wetumpka alabama.my advice is if you want chicken livers don't go to kfc.also they closed lobby 10 minutes early.

My worst experience at KFC ever......

My husband an I went through the drive thru KFC in Moscow idaho. After we paid we were asked to drive around to the front an they would bring our food out. So we did as asked. This was at 6:20pm at 6:40 pm I got out of my car an walked into the restaurant I stood at the counter for a good 5 to 7 mins every employee looked over at me they knew I was standing there. Nobody came to the counter. Then about 3 or mins later a young man came walking towards me an said "your holding a receipt an you don't look happy". I told him my situation an he then said we will have it right out. So I stood there and watched them after 5 mins of standing I sat down at a table. Cause I'm handicapped an have to wear a walking boot on my right foot untill I have surgery . An i go in for hip surgery in 2weeks. So I can't move very well or very fast. After sitting at a table for probably another 5 mins . The same young man came to counter apologizing saying how it was his fault an he was sorry. Now mind you those tire time there was an employee sitting at a table ignoring customers standing at counter waiting to order , but it was the same lady that was standing at back door of restaurant with another lady the first had brown hair an I'm not sure if the other lady had orange or yellow hair but she was yelling at the brown haired lady about another employee. The. We had parked an couldn't see them anymore but could here the yellow haired girl yelling still then someone yelled very loudly an we heard a door slam .. then the dark haired lady came walking towards the front of restaurant an went inside it was after that that I went into restaurant. I'm very disappointed that we ordered at 620 pm an didn't get our food till 655pm an 7pm. We paid $32 bucks for cold dried out chicken. Bairly any gravy on the taters. An our food was at best kinda warmish mostly cold. I paid good money to KFC thinking I would get a hot meal somewhat fast that's why it's called fast food. It wasn't fast it wasn't good it was cold. An I think you need to get a evening manager I. That store that will do there job. An not allow stuff like this to happen. We never should have heard a employee yelling at another employee or for one of them to slam a door. In front of customers. I feel as though my husband an I should be reimbursed for 3 reasons 1. Our food took almost an hour to get. 2. The service was horrible and 3. Our food was cold an gross. For those 3 reason I want my money back Please an thank you.

KFC located at 10 South…

Went to the KFC located at 10 South 31st Street, Temple, TX 76504. Horrible customer service, staff will never acknowledge you even while standing at the front desk. Myself along with other customers orders were incomplete. The staff said the biscuits would be done approximately 8 minutes after receiving our chicken but they never gave us our biscuits therefore our order was incomplete. Staff members were on social media instead of tending to customers, there were also no utensils available. This place was horrible.

I placed an order on Sunday evening at…

I placed an order on Sunday evening at 5:45 PM for dinner. We opted for takeout because it was quick, and we were in a rush and very hungry. While we don’t often indulge in takeout, we believe in enjoying fresh, well-cooked meals when we do.

We ordered the 8-piece mixed meal, coleslaw, and biscuits. Sadly, the chicken was severely overcooked; we chose the original, not crispy. The biscuits were so dry that they resembled hockey pucks! We didn’t call to voice our concerns because we simply didn’t have time to return, considering it’s a 14-mile trip to the KFC.

My advice to fellow customers is to inspect your food before leaving the store. I intend to do this from now on, even if it means holding up the line. The prices are outrageously high, and it’s disappointing that the staff and management don’t prioritize proper customer care. It’s hard to believe they would consider serving this food to their own friends or family. Management, please take action and invest in better staff training and quality control!

I ordered the bucket for one that…

I ordered the bucket for one that includes 3 sauces they gave 3 packs of hot sauce no dipping sauce thankfully I had some at home. This particular location always has issues with messing up orders and rudeness I try to avoid them. I go once every blue moon and it never fails always something wrong didn’t even give a receipt to prove I was there but I have pics.

KFC Beaconsfield We ordered meals for three people and the order was missing our large popcorn chicken and the gravy supplied was watery and inedible. We called the branch and they offered no apology snd said it was human error and that there was nothing they could do about it. Terrible customer service and they just didn’t care

Ordered a meal for me and my partner

Ordered a meal for me and my partner. They delivered a small part of it and the driver drove around until the small amount of food went cold. He couldn't find his own arse with a satnav. Tried calling the branch, no answer. This company is terrible. Do not order from them. The kfc we remember as kids is long gone. I've lost 20 quid and not even got any food. Absolutely shocking and should be ashamed of themselves total rip off!!!
