Ordered a gift card for son-in-law for…

Ordered a gift card for son-in-law for Christmas several days before the holiday. Assumed it would come immediately ( like my Lululemon one) Nope. Called and told it would take several days. Did not receive it by Christmas and called again today. Was told it could take up to 7 business days. Canceled my order. What a joke. The whole reason I ordered an emailed gift card is to get it right away. It worked out, however, as since I have checked out their reviews, and apparently their quality is poor anyway. Would not recommend at all, simply due to their poor customer service.

You will never get a refund. Ever.

I ordered slippers for my bf's dad on Dec 9. We broke up on Dec 12. I emailed them and they said they could give me a full refund no problem and that they would give me a return label and to call when they arrive. I called. They said they would do none of that and that I would have to pay for the return. They told me to do it through the website. The website says I can't do it and to contact customer service. The website in fine print says they charge you $11 on each refund. I paid $56 for the slippers. They said they company would keep a MINIMUM total of $39 of the sale and I would not get that back. What the HECK, yall do NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Placed an order on 12/6, received a notification on 12/19 that an item was out of stock and they canceled my order. The item was a Christmas gift. Customer Service offered no solution. The cancelation email offered 25% off my next order and it expired in 5 days. When I called, the rep stated that I can reorder because the item is now in stock. Wait, what?? The email I received 4 hours ago said it wasn't. Most of the items are sold by a 3rd party and they have no comtrol of inventory. This company is a scam, offer items that are not available and do nothing to help resolve. Run, run far away from this company.

Very Shady business

Very Shady business. I paid for my 3 pair of jeans and also paid for the super fast delivery December 10th… my order was processing for 3 days. It’s December 13th and I just got a tracking number. One support agent told me they’d refund me the shipping cost once my package got shipped since it processed for so long; once my package got shipped I emailed them regarding my shipping cost refund and now their telling me I placed the order on the 11th and it was within the time from of the promised delivery date. I have proof that I ordered on the 10th. So now that’s $50 I won’t be getting back.

Buyer beware.

On December 7th I purchased 3 rip stock shorts from king size next day. I received a double order. The only authorized order was for $145 at 50% off. The second unauthorized order, which was a duplicate, was for $334. 5 calls and 2 emails later, they could not do anything about it. Until I received the package at home and to call them to get my refund. They kept using verbiage like I did it. I authorized it, there's no other way it could have happened. I'm here to tell you that I tried ordering it 5 times On their website, and I kept getting kicked out. I called customer service twice. And they could not do it because their system kept going down. So them telling me that I did it is impossible. I was only able to do it once at 50% off or $145. Why am I having to go jump through hoops? And make so many calls. And so many emails to get a return on an unauthorized purchase. I did not do well today. I received the package where I think it's like a week later. No, not even a week later, I received the package. I called, and they're using this a verbiage. That I made the purchase so I yelled at them. Telling them you have to stop using language that like accusing me of authorizing and clicking the purchase. Button which I did not. So they changed their verbiage, saying it was a dublicket which I agreed on on the explanation on that purchase. So they gave me a happier return label. Emailed to my email account, went to ups, showed them the scan code. They ripped up in the package and scanned each individual. Item and then said that the system from king's size would email me a receipt which gave me some doubt. And a lot of red flags in my head here we go again. I said to myself, but lo and behold the email came through. But they only gave me the money back for taxes and the items which again I did not authorize or purchase. So I call customer service, wondering why I'm only getting paid $296 out of 334 that's like $40. That's a shipping. The associate at king size told me. Oh, I would have to wait until I received all the money from the taxes and the items back to my PayPal account and that I would need to call again. This would be the 13th or 14th time. I would have to explain myself to somebody. So I said, well, maybe I should just go to consumer affairs consumer. The federal government, you know, just review and complain. Legally complain about this company and lo. And behold, oh okay, it's okay. We're gonna write a note in your account. So you don't have to explain yourself when you have to call back again to get your shipping money back. So either way, I have to call somebody and explain my situation. So buyer beware of this company.

King Size screw job.

I bought a shirt on-line from KING SIZE. I ordered their SMALLEST which happens to be Large. It arrived and would fit an NFL Tackle. I only paid $24 but there was a $12 shipping fee. Because of it's enormous size I am returning it. Burned again, they charge $11 ship/handling off the shirt price of $24. I'm getting $13 back from $36. No wonder Amazon is doing so well. Never again.

I was charged 16.29 for a bag postage and no aleterations

I ordered a pair of pants with alterations. It took three weeks to arrive and there were no alterations. I was told when I ordered the total cost would be 68.13. When i talked to customer service they said that the alterations were not included and the the 48-dollar pants had 16.29 in postage. and I would be charged again for postage if I sent them back. total rip off. Don't buy from this company. I see why they have such bad reviews

HORRIBLE

I ordered six shirts for my son for Christmas. They mailed the package to an incorrect address. NEVER the same size items

NEVER the same size items ! . Dont know where they have their crap made, but they are NOT consistent on sizing. I can't return the item , because I washed it before he wore it. Would have cost me half the cost of the item , to return it. 2xlt is made for a 600 lb giant. What a waste of money. SO disappointed. But, I should have known.

I was a first time member

Eileen Lemaire, not Raymond Garvey that is deceased. I was a first time member. Established account, attempted to order and found message, Bag is Empty. But I just ordered. After 6 times, I gave up and phoned. Worse. Stupid, incompetent women, finally got my order straight but, hung up before establishing the shipping address different then my billing address. I had to call back and another women said she corrected the order and put in the shipping address. Wrong. Today, called again. They are shipping the item to me instead of the shipping address established. Now I have to wait for it and drive over 2 hours to bring to my son in assisted living. I am 83 and have never encountered such a disgusting, frustrating, incompetent company in my life. Stay away.

Inconsistent product

I purchased 4 of the same style and sized shirts in different colors. The deal was great and I was looking forward to giving the shirts to my husband. I was sorely disappointed when they arrived. Colors were as described and the fabric was as expected however, all of the shirts were different lengths. My husband is a true XXL Tall and he was swimming in these shirts of varying lengths. He stands 6’4 and one shirt’s hem hit him below the knee… it gave us a good laugh until I had to deal with the return. I made the order at the beginning of August. One item is still on back order as of December 2nd. The refund process is awful. They won’t refund your original payment method until you receive their gift card for the amount less the restocking fee and they won’t cancel a back ordered item for refund so I have one shirt in limbo until god knows when then I’ll have to receive the gift card and contact support to have them finalize the refund to my original payment method. Needless to say, I do not recommend buying from this website unless you enjoy wasting your money and time.

Language barrier..........

I spent 1 hr. on 3 back and forth emails, 2 hrs. on phone getting passed around. The question was i want to purchase a jacket, but need to know if I am able to pay additional money to get it sooner. 6 associates I spoke with could not give me an answer. I told them my jacket is in the cart, and if you can not find answer, to please help me get Boulder Creeks email and I will gladly do it myself. No one could get it done, except the 7th associate I spoke to told me extra cost in 5 minutes. I believe I know why. I have have had Hispanic speaking crews on job sites. Most of the these days could speak English ok, but could not understand it......, same goes for people who answer phones at retailers. Ask them to repeated what you are saying to them, you'll understand what I am taking about. People who do the hiring probably ask prospective candidates, can you speak English, the answer would be yes, but they may never ask do you understand it.
Most node their head yes to everything you might say, but do not understand completely what you are taking about. Its not the ones who want a jobs fault. Its the people hiring.......
Dive deep on King Size before you spend any money.
And they charge 10% if you return an item to restock.
BEWARE!!!!!!!

I ordered a sweat top and sweat pants

I ordered a sweat top and sweat pants. The top arrived, and the pants were back ordered. The pants didn't come, and didn't come, and were then finally discontinued. They won't let me return the top because it is beyond 60 days. But, the reason we are beyond 60 days is King Size fault. I will never purchase from King Size again.

I purchased a pair of pants inseam 40 and they came inseam 29". They attempted tp have me drive 21 miles to return the package to a happy returns on my own dime so they could then charge me another 40 dollar to repurchase the item.

The site is horrible

The site is horrible. I tried to order and have it shipped to my office rather than home and it kept referring back to my billing address. I tried multiple times. The day the order arrived I received a notification and no package found. They also use whatever delivery service that passes it off to the post office for delivery so no picture or detail confirmation. Called customer service and they would have to mail me an affidavit and MAYBE get my money back. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I have ordered from them years ago and wish I read the more recent reviews before doing so again.

I ordered a pant 42 x 36"

I ordered a pant 42 x 36". It took me 2 months to get a pair of pants. Kept saying it was back ordered and dragged it out for two months. Then at the end of Oct they said my order was on its way. I got it 10 days later and it was the wrong size. It was 42" W x 40" inseam and I ordered a 36 inseam. I am thinking they never had the right size so they sent me this instead. I emailed back and they wanted me to send the pants back at their expense. I told them I was keeping the pants being it was over 2 months already. I told them to send me the right size and I was keeping this pair being delayed for two months. I never heard anything back yet. I said just send me the right size and maybe I would order again. But NO I will never order from here again unless I get my pants.

SCAM !!! Late fees

I placed an order in august… paid more than half before the end of the month… 9/12 paid amount due on website $24…something… yesterday 10/21 got a message to contact them… they said the 9/12 payment was late and has a late fee and since it wasn’t paid in October another late fee was added… so I had to pay an extra $60 for and order that was paid in full in September just because they don’t update their website! SCAM!!! No orders ever again!!!

Hope you don't need to use the zipper...

Purchased an 8XLT winter jacket as a special request from a customer. I paid for UPS Next Day delivery as it was time sensitive. Received the jacket the next day as promised but the zipper was broken. When chatting with customer service, getting a new jacket was not an option. I would have to send the broken jacket back for a refund and order a new jacket at my expense until the return had been checked in by their receiving department. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING AND WOULD ONLY OFFER STANDARD SHIPPING FOR THE NEW JACKET.
