Save your money and frustrations
I would highly suggest NOT ordering from this company. Returns and exchanges are a nightmare. They charged me three times the original price when I tried to exchange a sweater for a different size. ($39.99 was the sale proce and I was charged $112 for the new size as an exchange. I called customer service and was told I have to wait until the new sweater was delivered. Then I had to call back to get the price adjustment. At that pount they kept a “processing fee” for the adjustment that was their fault anyway. Then when I sent back the original item I had to pay another $10 “processing fee” for that to be refunded to my original form of payment. They did however offer a store credit in the full amount but I have ZERO intentions to ever order from them or any of their affiliates. STAY AWAY!!
Didn't ship my order, Immediately put it in "Collections"
I ordered a jacket in January as I am going on a trip and live in one of the outer US States and I needed time for it to arrive. Come February 18th I was told it was supposed to arrive. I go ahead and email them and one of their "lovely" customer service representatives responded that they put my order in Collections, and I'd have to call a 1-800 number (which is not theirs' by the way) to receive it. This website is a total scam, they "mark down" their prices only to jack up shipping costs and then not even ship it to you. Do not buy from this company.

They automatically signed me up for some kind of rewards program I don't need and didn't want. A $20 shirt ended up costing me $100 my the time I noticed the payment coming out of my checking. Their item will list "Hurry, X number of Items still in stock!" Then when you order, you get told it's back ordered and you will receive the item in 5 months. That is NOT an exaggeration either. Actually said 5 months from when the order was placed.

Poor experience with Kingsize
They're shipping and return shipping costs are outrageous. They are not reasonable and not fair I will not do business with them again. I spent $60 in that $30 back after what they sent was such poor quality I couldn't take it. Cheap poorly stitched wrong color t-shirts. Shame on KingSized
DECEPTION OF QUALITY FOR MY HARD EARNED MONEY
I purchased a leather coat and several sweat suits and t-shirts so I can be PREPARED for the WINTER. UNFORTUNATELY, I went to a funeral today and I put the COAT on for the FIRST TIME🤨Not only did I come home DISAPPOINTED💔 after someone pointed out to me HEY, your jackets PEELING. That was VERY EMBARRASSING ✅✅✅ BECAUSE I didn't care that it was peeling. I CARED ABOUT PRESENTATION at the funeral and DRESSING DECENT but I didn't want to look like I DID NOT APPLY MYSELF RESPECTFULLY TO ATTEND THIS SACRED EVENT. I wanted to just be RESPECTFUL and DRESS ACCORDINGLY. When I reached out to KING SIZE to express to them how I was feeling as a customer NOT because, I WANTED money back or ANYTHING switched or return NOTHING. I was met with a representative at the CUSTOMER RESOLUTIONS by the name of Linda Who WAS VERY INAPPROPRIATE in trying to have compassion towards what I was trying to SAY and EXPRESS. She kept cutting me off and telling me unfortunately there's only 60 days and you had time to return it and there's nothing we can do. IN REITERATING MYSELF I WASN'T CALLING TO REFUND OR RETURN ANYTHING. I WAS EXPRESSING MY UNSATISFACTION WITH REGARD TO THE QUALITY OF THE LEATHER COAT THAT WAS PURCHASED AT THE END OF SUMMER... Subject: Complaint Regarding Unreasonable Return Charges
Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the return charges applied to my recent purchase from King Size. I purchased an item for $87.95 that unfortunately did not fit as expected. I promptly returned the item in accordance with your return policy, only to discover that I was charged $33.75 for the return.
I find this charge excessive and unreasonable, considering the cost of the original item and the fact that I followed your return instructions. While I understand that return fees may be part of your policy, the amount charged seems disproportionate and does not align with customer-friendly practices.
I value King Size products and have been a loyal customer, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I kindly request a review of this charge and a refund of the return fee, or at least a partial adjustment. I believe this resolution would reflect King Size commitment to customer satisfaction.

Delivery Cost is cost prohibitive
The delivery cost for a couple of shirt and shorts was $40.00. They’ve turned their delivery fees into a profit center. I canceled my order.
Garbage company, garbage products, predatory tactics
This company sells trash and overwhelms you with garbage marketing, "deals," and gimmicks like a checkout deal timer, a spin-to-win discount, and even inserts in their magazines with scratch off discount codes to give you that gambling high. If you give them your email they will email you FOUR times a day. When you unsubscribe, it says to allow them time to make it go through and they just keep annihilating you with marketing for a couple weeks. Just a disgusting company from a marketing perspective. Not enough? They overcharge you every chance they get. The goods are priced high (to make room for garbage discount codes), they charge $7 to get a single t-shirt to you in 3 weeks, and they slip in a little margin on the taxes as well. Still not enough? The quality is ABSOLUTE TRASH. We are talking the seems pop and it falls apart in 2 months type of trash. Ultra low quality clothes and goods. And if you're still not convinced, the customer service is gross. If you message them they tell you they will "inform the correct department of the issue," send you a free shipping coupon code worth $6 or $7 so you can buy more garbage that breaks immediately, and spend the remaining 80% of the email explaining how you can barely use the code anyway.

I was taxed at a rate of over 17 percent. I contacted KS and they told me that tax was automatically based on state tax rates. My state tax rate is 6.88 percent.

Now this was about 10 days before christmas, everything everywhere were on sale. I could jave bought a high quality real leather Columbia buga boot for less than 150$C, and it would have arrived in couple days. I paid 120$C for this Low quality plastic and rubber with only 1/6 of the upper part being real leather, everything else just plastic. On the website it said the outer layer is made all real leather.

Delivery Headache:
Just a mess. Damage box. I paid 40 some dollars for UPS express delivery just because it was near christmas and I wanted this in a few days. The express delivery expectation date was clearly said on the website 2-3 days. Instead it arrived 9 DAYS LATER on 12/27/24. I paid 40 some hard working dollars on this.
I paid for express delivery but didn't get the service. Called them said I want my full item plus delivery refund for all this matter.
NOW they ask for a 11 dollars return fee in order for me to get my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. So I gave them a report and told them to call back. Still after 2 times calling them no response and NO TAKING RESPONSIBILITY.

The check out page has multiple pop ups making it difficult the finish to check out . I made a mistake and ended up ordering the same product multiple times. I contracted them immediately and they said they couldn't stop the order. BULLSHIT. BUYER BEWARE.

I am NEVER ordering from this company again. I made a LARGE order back in November with the black friday deal catalog. Replaced my husband's entire waredrobe. I get the confirmation email saying I will be notified when it ships and get a tracking number. A week goes by. Then 10 days. Then longer. No notification. I go to the site to see if there are any updates there. The order has disappeared from my order history. I call, obviously concerned, and am told that the order was DELIVERED "to my door" over a week ago. Fedex put my $400+ order outside the APARTMENT BUILDING door because I had not included my apartment number with my P.O. box number. My building is notorious for packages being stolen (hence the P.O. box). I get sent a link to an affidavit that I have to print off and mail back. As a result of the order being over $200 I have file a police report. After that whole run around, I get it sent. I don't hear anything back. I call again, get told they issued a refund. Which brings us to today. I recieved my ELECTRONIC GIFT CARD number and pin in the mail. No way I will be able to get everything I originally ordered so already irritated about that. I get home from picking up my daughter from school and we sit down to make an order of what we can. I then input the card information from the letter (which stated the card would have $438.00) and it reduces the amount of the order ($420 and change) by less than $39. Cue the THIRD customer service call for this issue. I reach a person, tell them as calmly as I can what my issue is, and the call disconnects (firmly believe I washung up on). Cue call number 4. I am royally pissed at this point. I reach the same person, and they tell me that SOMEHOW the card was already used on a different order. I told him that I didn't make a different order today and had only had the card information for about an hour. He apparently doesn't hear me. So I end up having to yell at him before he suggests cancelling the order. I immediately go back to the order I still had open, input the card info, put in the address for my dad's house so it will be shipped somewhere safe. Once the shipment arrives, I am DONE with this company.
No exchanges from Canada/refund took forever
I ordered slippers in my normal size and extra wide. They arrived (eventually) and they were too big. Not a big deal except that because I'm in Canada I cannot exchange them, only return and place a new order. This meant that I didn't get a full refund. I also had to call numerous times to get my refund and it took weeks after they had received my return and even then it took multiple calls to get the refund. On the plus side, the last person I spoke with actioned my refund right away and I received it to my PayPal within 30 minutes. I stupidly ordered another pair but 1 size smaller and not wide. It took them a month (less a day) to arrive...still too big. I'm just keeping them because I don't want to deal with the nonsense again. Lesson learned. Steer clear of KingSize
The shirt quality is horrible
The shirt quality is horrible! Long enough tshirts, but the necks look completely rung out already it's like I'm fat, but my head isn't the size of 2 bowling balls wide. It looks ridiculous that you can see all the way down to my man titties. Once my card is paid off I'm cancelling my account and never EVER ordering from them again.
