Horrible company and service

Reading all of the reviews they are ALL CORRECT. Customer service is the WORST. Do not try and sign up for the rewards program. I did and they tell you AFTER you sign up that you get a credit towards your next purchase. Not a refund. I asked where does it state that BEFORE I sign up. She tried showing me a terms and conditions on the rewards site AFTER I sign up and pay. I told her the customer needs to be given that info before paying for the rewards account. Because from what I see all it says is, get your shipping free by signing up. Is it in the terms i agreed to or where? I signed up and paid for a rewards account with the understanding I would get my shipping charges refunded. Reps were extremely rude. One put me on hold in the middle of me talking. The next got upset with me and said I was saying she was incompetent. I told her I never said that once to her. She got mad for interrupting her. I stopped and let her speak and when she ok'd me to talk I was 10 seconds into my response she starts speaking over me. I told her, ma'am you are the one getting hostile and upset speaking over me. In the end she said she was going to escalate it because she did not know the answer. I told her that's no problem sometimes we don't know or we aren't given that info and it's fine but to get upset at the customer because of it is crazy. I should be the upset one with all the issues I was having but the agent was real aggitated with me.

Worst company that I have dealt with! I ordered on November 21 it now December 28 and I have not received my full order! The company keeps charging my credit card for an order that I have not received! Please go out of business if this is the way that you are going to do business

Just a rude site

Just a rude site. You are given a timer while shopping to Check out. Even if you sign up you cannot save items in your cart. Customer service is equally rude so I spend my money else where. Non- appreciative experience as a customer.

I ordered a pajama set on November 21

I ordered a pajama set on November 21, 2024 and as of December 21, 2024 I still have not received it. When I contacted them three times and was told each time it was back in stock and preparing to ship. I ask to get a refund and cancel my order and was told I couldn’t. I had to wait until I received it then I could send it back for a refund. I will never order from kingsize direct again.

Buyer beware

I ordered an E-gift certificate for a friend in June. Friend said it never showed up in his email. About 3 days later I got notified there was a “problem” and I needed to call; apparently gift certificate purchases need to be verified by phone? Nothing mentioned about this on the website. Certificate still didn’t show in friend’s email, so I called and asked for it to be re-sent; they said no. They did provide me with the number and pin, which I then provided to my friend. 6 months later, my order status on that still says “processing”

Decided to give KS another try for a Christmas gift for same friend. Ordered 2 clothing items and 2 physical gift cards on Dec 16. Got concerned when the total was correct but GC’s didn’t show up on my order summary. Tried “Live help” option on website, which was converted to email and took more than 12 hours for a response. It said my order was on hold and I had to call. It was the friggin Gift Card verification thing again. Order was “released” / supposedly good to go on Dec 17. I asked if they’d upgrade to expedited shipping due to not initially notifying me there was a problem; service rep said no way and shamed me for not ordering sooner. Gift Cards now show up in my order summary but it’s Dec 20 and nothing has shipped. At this rate, if the order ever arrives, it might be Valentine’s Day. Ugh. Awful company.

Terrible Customer Service

Ordered items and shipped 12/9. Made it to my city and has been sitting at the fedex terminal for 3 days. King size Customer Service says its out for delivery. It's been out for delivery for 3 days. How big is Panama City? The Gentlemen told me there was nothing they can do and that no supervisor was available and if I wanted to know more, I can call back later. Will not be ordering from them again. Poor service and Poor training.

I paid a ridiculous amount of money to have these clothing items here when they promised they would be. They were NOT DELIVERED today as promised and when I called customer service to inquire, they informed me "the carrier can take another or MANY days to deliver".....CHECK AMAZON BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS PLACE...they have the same stuff, and when they say they're going to deliver the package they do. I wasted $200 for hard core disappointment on CHRISTMAS Don't let this be you or your KID

SCAM Company and Order Goes to Backorder

After purchasing merchandise from FullBeauty's "KingSize" website, I was scammed into signing up for their Membership Rewards Program. To get the "free shipping" after my purchase, all I had to do is to enter my email address and "click to send". What I got was an email stating that I have to pay $1.99 for a 30-day trial period and then pay $16.95 every month after that. I don't even have an account with them. I called them immediately and cancelled this so-called SCAM membership. 12 hrs later, I get another email telling me they put my order on backorder and it won't be shipped out until the end of January 2025. I canceled this the entire order which was not easy to do.
Looks like they have scammed many people lately. I'll be contacting the BBB and my State's Attorney General if I get any more hassles from KingSize. This is a terrible company and they should be out of business.

Order EXACTLY what you want - or else!

Make sure you order EXACTLY what you want! I ordered a sweater from them - rush delivery; I needed it for Christmas pictures, but it isn't what I wanted. Total of $85 purchase with shipping. I went to set up a return and they are unwilling to refund shipping nor will they refund the FULL price of the sweater - instead, they charge YOU $11 to ship it back to them!!! In the end, I am just giving them $50, for nothing!

Not to mention, the condition of the packaging... AWFUL. I didnt even know if it was a package for me or my wife. The shipping label only had my address on it. Its Christmas Time... common sense dictates you put NAMES on packages so the wrong person doesn't open it!!!

Also, reading other reviews, I apparently need to make sure I am not being charged an additional $15 a month for some subscription I didnt sign up for???

What an absolute SCAM of a business...

My husband died and King Size has no compassion

My husband use to order from King Size catalog years ago. He has now died and I have emailed them for the last two years to please stop sending the catalogs. Every phone call and email is a waste of time, they ignore my request. Everytim a catalog arrives it opens up the wound of having lost him. They have no compassion not to mention the waste. Every time a catalog arrives it goes in recycle.

If I could give 0 stars I would don't get me wrong I like there clothes they fit awesome butt my first order I ordered a coat it fits it is warm awesome coat butt they decided with there own wisdom to sign me up for there loyalty program or whatever it is and I didn't realize it until they charged me today now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for them to give back the money that I didn't agree to give them this is BS

Don't buy from them they automatically enroll you in a rewards club without you knowing then when you call the rewards department its as if you where bothering them. they try to charge your account 16.95 per month without you knowing. very shady.

When you purchase from King Size you…

When you purchase from King Size you are enrolled in a monthly subscription, even if you don't save your card information to their site. It is next to impossible to find an area to cancel and you have to go to their rewards site and your login doesn't work. Sent 3 email inquiries to try to resolve - let's hope that works.
