The itinerary was sufficient to fulfill a day tour in Tokyo last Nov2019.
With beautiful scenery and lunch included as well. The tour guide was very nice and responsible person who will take good care of the tourists. Lunch was fantastic too! (BBQ buffet)

Using KLOOK has always been a good option to prepare your trip earlier and made it easier, easy to purchase, to redeem, to use. Sometimes there will be a good deal so you can save some bucks!

Great service and experienced tour guides! Hassle-free and easy to book. Went on day trips with KKDay in both Taiwan and Japan and they never fail to impress me! Guides were very nice and itinerary was well planned out. Just a shame we did not manage to see Mt Fuji as it was not the season for viewing! Will definitely use KKDay again!

Great and cheap tours. I used them in New York and in Okinawa. Both tours were very good value. Please be aware that most of their tour guides are probably Chinese speaking because I think this is a Chinese company. They also sell all types of other things and tickets. I would think twice about those.

Hassle free. The pocket wifi pick up from local airport is convenient and cheap. Also the airport transport is cheaper than order taxi service in general. Trusted platform.

i had joined KKday trips when i was in Perth and Seoul, they are well planned and cost effective. Also thier airport taxi service is cheaper and also hassle free.The customer service replied in few hours ,but is helpful.

I had joined a few trips with KKday. Overall, those trips were fun and guides are not bad. But, I think that those promotions activities are not so good because almost every time I can't use the promo code during my purchase even though I bought the event or trip so early when the promotion started. Everytime the promo advertising said the promo until a date, but in fact, the promo code are full redeemed within a few hours only. This will confused customers and even we don't know those promo code are very limited. Hope that KKday can improve this and let customers clearly know that the promo date and the limited number of promo code for redeem. Thanks
