Couldn't care less about customers
If I could give 0 for customer service I would. I finally got fed up of throwing away fresh fruit and veg EVERY week. I wrote a complaint through a painful cimplaints tool online and basically they couldn't care less. No apology, no interest, no respectable follow up. I suspect it's run by AI. It's clear Lidl so not care about their customer satisfaction. It's a false economy shopping here because I throw away SO much in date fresh produce . This was not a one off it's every week since the store opened.
