Loft Ins Space were recommended to us by someone who had previously dealt with the company. We looked at the work they had carried out and were very impressed, so decided to go ahead and contact the company.
From the outset everything was very efficient and everyone was helpful and friendly. Michael came to assess the work and give us a price. (He insisted on wearing over-shoes even though we assured him it wasn’t necessary.) We were happy with the price he gave and decided to go ahead.
Three guys arrived at eight o’clock on the chosen day and firstly protected all the flooring with polythene membrane. They soon got stuck in and the three of them worked together like a well oiled machine. They had completed the job by around one o’clock and cleaned everything up and took all the ‘debris’ away with them. No clean up for us to do. Before they left we were shown how the new loft ladder and hatch worked and asked if there was anything we weren’t happy with. There wasn’t.
Michael contacted us after about five days to ask if everything was okay and how we thought the job had gone. We weren’t asked to settle the invoice until we assured Michael that we were 100% satisfied.
All the work, and the ladder itself are guaranteed for as long as we live at this address - brilliant !

From the beginning Michael was great. With the quote he explained what they would do and how their system works.
3 guys arrived on the day and were great, and as a plus were done by around 1. Showed us how to access the new Hatch and ladder before leaving.
Few days later Michael came back to quality check the work done. He and I were both happy with the work. I think getting someone back to quality check a few days later is a nice touch. Would recommend

From start to finish the process from the survey to completion was excellent. Excellent communication throughout. Michael explained all options without any sales pressure. Adam and the boys who completed the installation were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Everything was cleaned up and demonstrated. Michael and Adam were quick to respond to my query the following day ensuring that I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot fault Loft Ins Space. They are very professional and the installation team were on time, extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. I basically let them get on with the work and it was all done in less than a day. Quite remarkable when the work included boarding the loft and installing a ladder. They even cleaned up after themselves so extra brownie points awarded from the wife 👍
The installation has made such a difference to us. No more traipsing a step ladder through the house to access the loft. Will make Christmas that little bit easier now 😁

Great process from start to finish, and all done so quickly. The actual workmanship is top notch and has already made a massive difference to the warmth of the house, and of course provided loads of useable space. Recommended.

Unlike some other jobs I had done in my property recently, this one was done in just a single day, with minimal disruption. What made this possible is that there was an entire team of tradesmen (joiners, electriciants, labourers, ...) working the same day, instead of different tradesmen coming and going on different days. They have a neat way of working, with an eye for details, and were able to take into account some special requests (for instance, to leave some space at the solar energy inverter and battery). Minor problems were dealt with in a professional way. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone who wants to make use of their loft space.

Job completed on time, in full, no hassle, and the result was as expected. Very pleased.

From the initial contact, to the survey, follow up surveys and final installation Loft Ins Space have been amazing. Michael came and ran through our options even returning as we weren’t sure of what we wanted. On the installation day Scott and the boys were polite, friendly, hard working and even fixed a problem that I had previously. They cleaned up completely when they’d finished. All in all this is a great company who listen to what you want and then give you your options.

From start to finish Loft Ins Space did not disappoint! Extremely responsive from requesting a quote for loft ladder and boarding, Mike visited and provided the costs quickly. Once we accepted and requested installation, they went out of their way to fit us in as we requested an early installation. We were informed about the installation day a number of times prior to the fit. Text to advise time of arrival.
Carl and Joe arrived ensured everything was covered before they started and even covered the driveway to ensure there was no mess when cutting.
They kept us informed as to exactly what they were doing during the installation.
We would not hesitate to recommend them great job!!

I’m so glad I found Loft ins Space the whole experience of having a full loft alteration has been stress free and how nice it’s been to deal with a company that take pride in themselves and the work they do.

The idea of having a loft conversion seemed financially unachievable when I looked into it. And then I came across Loft ins space that offered a loft alteration.
From the beginning to the end, customer service and communication was excellent, with honest and sound advice. After my initial conversation, no pressure was put on me whatsoever.
Michael came for a visit of the loft space and a few days later, I got a very comprehensive quote, outlining all the jobs and costs. I was amazed that I could transform my loft space into a usable room for a reasonable price.
From start to finish, the team of workmen were incredibly punctual, extremely hard-working and friendly. All subcontractors, carrying out plastering and painting work were equally hard-working, polite and professional.
This company is clearly dedicated to carrying out work of a high standard and also to deliver a professional service with very high standards of customer care and workmanship.

Faultless! Spoke with Curtis at the office a couple of times, met with Mike for the quote and consultation at home, Scott and the lads did the work. At all stages, everyone was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. First class service at every step of the work. The work itself exceeded expectations. Had the loft floorboarded with a new hatch installed. The guys finished in just three hours (in sweltering heat) to the highest standard. Cleaned up after themselves, even vacuumed up sawdust in the loft! Laid protective film over the stairs before starting work, the whole experience was one of serious professionals at work. Because of the quality of work done, I am seriously considering having the rest of the space finished off (walls installed and skylight) and will have no hesitation in calling these guys back and recommending them to anyone I speak to. Prices very reasonable, especially for this quality of work. It's now been installed for three days and I've been walking and storing things up there, everything is absolutely solid. I could not be happier with the whole experience!

This Company deserves 6 stars. Prompt and positive response to enquiry and sent site engineer to view and quote for job. Following my acceptance an agreed date was set. Few days before guys due received text/e-mail reminding/preparing me..great touch! On the day guys turned up on time, again confirmed what they were going to do and then got on with it. All very friendly and professional, communicating at all times and exceptionally clean & tidy considering the nature of the job. Upon completion they showed me finished job and instructed me on how to use ladder,open/shut hatch etc. and ensured I was completely happy before leaving. Totally impressed with quality of workmanship, materials and level of service. I cannot stress enough how delighted both my wife and I are having dealt with this company. A company is only as good as its staff...they make a company good (or bad). This is a GREAT company and GREAT staff. Thanks to all.

I recently had Lofts Ins-Space install new boards and upgrade my hatch and ladder, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They totally rocked it from start to finish, delivering a top-notch job without any mess left behind.
