Booked carpark and payment was taken but no confirmation email received. Sent an email to customer services but says if traveling within 72 hrs then use live chat which does not exist. Customer service finally got back after sending a second urgent email.

Look 4 someone else!!
I booked with this lot 4 months in advance thinking it would be cheaper only to find the day before it was 30% less!
They came up with the usual parasite intermediary response below - not our problem !!
So don't book early and give them interest free loans! Book direct with the car park provider or Holiday Extras.
They will no doubt respond to this with another lame PC response but this is what they wrote to me :

Impossible to cancel booking!
I made a booking which I needed to cancel 3 weeks in advance. Their website is as useless as you can get and made deliberately unhelpful to contact them!
Firstly I couldn't cancel the booking online and was told to contact customer service. Except the link kept sending me somewhere else!
The email is under the terms and conditions and I found out later under the faq under who are looking4parking. Surely have it under the help heading?
They also deduct £9.50 as a cancellation charge whereas others don't make this charge.
Lots of better companies out there so I would avoid.
UPDATE - My review was specifically about Looking4Parking and how rubbish the website is, making it near impossible to find the contact details to cancel the booking. It was nothing to do with the car parking as if you read my review you would see that I cancelled the booking so obviously didn't use the car park! My review is therefore accurate and customers should know that you make it very difficult to cancel bookings and make an admin charge to do so. Therefore I won't be removing the review.

Cookies Scam
I've been using Looking4parking comparison broker for quite some time and was always happy to have an option from different car park suppliers on my travels.
This has now changed . The last two times I tried to book through them I came across a very ugly experience, firstly through the booking system and secondly with their live chat customer support which is very unhelpful and repetitive.
Went online, selected provider, entered my details and paid. It came back with screen saying there was an error in my booking. I checked my bank statement just to see the money have left my account. No confirmation received. When I contacted their customer service, their unhelpful representative has sent me a template response saying there was a glitch in the system and that they will refund me the money within 10 working days and that I have to make another reservation. The very same thing happened couple of months ago and I received the same prepopulated response.
The issue happens when you trying to make another reservation, the price goes up!!! Yes, and there is nothing they can do apparently as it's live system and prices being adjusted all the time. This had happened twice to me now. Just another cookies related scam and I wonder how many of their clients fall for this on regular basis.
Wouldn't trust them any longer, and let's hope I receive my refund in time!

After reading some of the reviews I can honestly say I wasn’t optimistic about the response I would receive from my email to customer services. I have to say though I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the matter was dealt with by Anthia. I was also expecting there to be some hidden charge for making alterations to the booking but there was none. I appreciate others may not of had such a good outcome but I was happy with the service. The only point I’d make is for those in urgent need arriving to find parking difficulties there should be a contact number.
