I had a query with my booking and emailed to ask for assistance. They replied promptly and sorted the issue out.
It was my own fault, I had entered my email incorrectly but they were able to make the necessary corrections in my behalf.

I've made a reservation, that wasn't forwarded to the car park company, which I have discovered the evening before my departure to the airport.
I've booked for 6 am the 13th of july, and called the 12nd at 8pm to be sure we've got a parking. The car park company then told me they had no booking for us made by looking4parking, whereas I've been charged for almost 150€. The service provider told me that there were others customers in my case. So I had to book another parking directly at last minute and I am waiting for my refund, that is not made yet.
Hopefully I called the day before, otherwise I would have been in such a trouble...
I'm really disappointed for this service.

J'avais réservé pour 6 h le 13 juillet et j'ai appelé le 12 à 20 h pour être sûr d'avoir une place. Le parking m'a alors indiqué qu'aucune réservation n'avait été transmise par looking4parking en mon nom, alors que j'ai été facturé près de 150 €. Le prestataire m'a indiqué qu'il y avait d'autres clients dans mon cas. J'ai donc dû réserver un autre parking à la dernière minute (sans passer par looking4parking) et j'attends mon remboursement, qui n'est pas encore effectué.
Heureusement que j' ai appelé la veille, sinon j'aurais été coincé sans solution pour prendre mon avion...
Je suis vraiment déçu par ce service.

Be very careful with the small print, I was in a vehicle that was not acceptable and was charged an extra 150 pounds. It would've been cheaper to get a hotel with parking, I have never been surcharged for my vehicle in 50 years of travelling, BEWARE !!

I booked parking at Heathrow and had to change it to the following week received an email confirming second booking through Maple Parking low and behold I got to Heathrow at the agreed time and Maple parking had no record of it, they said I had to contact looking for parking Googled them and couldn’t find any contact details tried to send email and got a message ‘email address not recognised’ fortunately paid by credit card so now have a dispute ongoing through them.

Sent an email but they only respond in 72 hrs too late for my problem.
Can only contact them on live chat in normal office ours again too late for them to correct their error. Customer service was very unhelpful even that the problem was their website.

The reservation system via Ryanair isn't efficient
The reservation system via Ryanair is so stupid. They booked only until midnight on the day I arrive when I come back on the evening.
The only 2 options you have is to do another reservation, pay the money, and then get a reimboursment within 15 days OR pay extra fees to the parking lot when you come back.

The response was quick ONCE I was able to get contact details. As the booking was apparently non-refundable but this was NOT made clear at booking stage, this has not been a good outcome and I will be checking my consumer rights (as this booking is for parking from 29th August to 5th September). Plans have changed and I believe I am well within my rights, especially with a 2 month notice period, to request a cancellation and full refund.
