Looking 4 Parking staff took money out of the car! With it all being filmed.
They also said my parking was cancelled on the day of collection with no confirmation. I was forced to pay twice to receive my car.
Had to wait hours to get my car back
Their customer service including from the manager was appalling also. Handled the situation very poorly, didn’t help us and admitted theft. He also said he didn’t care about what happened.

I booked a parking space through Ryanair’s website, which uses Looking4 as the parking provider. I paid. Ryanair’s support agent even confirmed the booking in chat.
📍But when I got to the airport (Paris Beauvais), there was no reservation in the system. No confirmation email, no working code. Just a parked car and zero support.
I contacted Looking4 → got a copy-paste reply saying:
“We can’t find any booking. Please contact Ryanair.”
No action. No accountability. Just pushing me away.
Meanwhile, my car is in the parking lot and I’m being told I’ll have to pay triple the price because Looking4 failed to do their job.
💬 Their only job is to provide a booking. They took the money and vanished when things went wrong. Disgraceful.
⚠️ Avoid Looking4 at all costs. If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. And trust me — nothing gets resolved.
A Very Good Company To Deal With
I always use Jetparks at Manchester airport and have always been very pleased with their service.
I had booked them again for the 18th June but due to a change of personal circumstance I no longer required the booking.
I emailed them to cancel the booking and asked about the possibilities of a refund, I received a reply immediately confirming the cancellation of the booking and was informed that I would be receiving a refund and that the monies would be in my account in a matter of days.
These are the type of companies I like to deal with, proactive with absolutely no dramas.

Booking on behalf of Ryanair when flying from Birmingham, parking was stated as "on airport parking" this was untrue -
This was cancelled immediately to then be advised by Ryanair this has now been refunded and will be back in our bank in 10 working days.
2 months later nothing was refunded - Calling Ryanair again to then be told they cannot refund this and have no note of a call being logged and that there hands are tied and providing us with a direct email instead due to them being able to sort it only and officially process a refund.
Emailing LOOKING4PARKING explaining the situation in hope this would get sorted as the incorrect information was provided when booking and only to be told on the booking confirmation - to then have a response of "term and conditions stated no refunds or cancellations" and that nothing will be issued! and have the cheek to offer 15% off instead after the hassle themselves and Ryanair have caused - scamming parking company who refuse to take action on there wrongs, i do not recommend.

Meet and 'Greet'.....yeah right !
So.....we booked our flights to Krakow using Ryanair and with our booking we paid for the Meet and 'Greet' parking at Luton Airport. On arrival it wasn't as easy as we hoped to find the actual car park we were to use. We then struggled to contact someone to get into the tower carpark (car park 1), baring in mind you can't just stop around airport roads.
On arrival at the 3rd floor we certainly weren't 'greeted' we just got pointed to a space and after parking, turning off the engine Mr.Helpful rudely asked as to move the car forward....a whole 5cm ! Parked up and at the desk hearing another lady wound up by their service. The staff weren't very customer friendly. We left our car and keys with them.
Whilst ON holiday after 3 days our car tracker (thankfully fitted) showed our car had been driven 5-10mins down the road to another location. The speeds also shown up to 50mph.....pretty sure it's only a 40mph all around !
Furious that our car had been moved as we DO NOT like anyone driving our car(s), we returned to ask why and they said for space.
We obviously checked the car over and still to check the dash cam. We weren't impressed at all with the car being driven down the road and back, it should have been told to us when we dropped it in with them, then we'd understand or ask them to please be very careful as we look after our car(s).

Amazing as always. My flight had changed so I emailed Looking4Parking as I was unable to amend it myself. I gave them all of the details within the email and I received an email back within 48 hours confirming that the change had been made and attached my amended documents. All in all they acted quickly and professionally. 5⭐️ service as usual.

On 25th January 2025 I purchased a parking space at Luton Airport from 2nd to 7th May.
I cancelled the booking on 21 April 2025, well within the free cancellation period as stated by the provider. I received a cancellation and a refund confirmation email at the time, which stated that the refund would be issued within 10 working days.
As the refund has not been processed, I contacted customer service. They initially claimed that my booking had not been cancelled and when I forwarded them the original cancellation confirmation email as proof, they stopped replying. I am now claiming through chargeback. I will never book from them again.

Used many a time and the company has great prices and is very easy to book. Had to contact them to make an amend (due to airlines changing the times of flights) and this was done within hours! Amazing customer service and very grateful!

Having booked through Looking 4 Parking weeks in advance I arrived at my chosen provider on 1st May. I had a booking reference however on arrival there was no record of my booking. I had a flight to catch, I didn’t have time to investigate the issue. The staff at Airparks Express were really helpful, I rebooked directly with them and was on my way.
I contacted Looking 4 Parking when I returned, they initially refused to look into my query, stating they only act as an agent, my contract was with Airparks so I should take it up with them. I refused, my payment was made to Looking 4 Parking it’s up to them to investigate. Still fighting the battle, they don’t respond to the query I’ve raised, just generic responses from a script.

Such a great company! Got an amazing deal on 20 days parking whilst on holiday in Canada and their customer service is excellent. Days before the holiday I realised I had deleted the original confirmation email with all the details and numbers to call to access the valet parking on arrival at Heathrow! Couldn’t find it anywhere so sent an online out of office hours message to Looking4.com explaining the situation. First thing next morning had an email confirmation with all the details in my inbox.
