Refund my money as promised!
I had a problem with my documents. No valid passport nor ID card. I was worrying that I will lose a lot of money for a flight tickets and Stansted carpark. I was not sure if I will be able to solve this issue till the very last moment. I decided to cancel the carpark to get a refund and decrease my financial loss. The page was clearly showing that I’ll get my full refund, so to be on the safe side I had to do that. The following day I did sort the problem and received a temporary passport. I then contacted them to make sure that I can still keep my parking spot. Unfortunately apparently there was nothing that they could help me with? I was forced to pay for it again and I was told (using a live chat) that I’ll get my refund within a 10 working days. I did have this conversation on the 15th of April 2025. It is 14 days now or over 10 working days without weekends. No refund has been received!!!

Needed to adjust booking due to flight change, emailed with my problem as I was unable to do it online and I got a quick response and problem explained and sorted straight away.

Booking for ncp flight path at Manchester...they do not tell you about maximum vehicle sizes.
I've read through all their terms and conditions and there is no mention of not allowing pick-ups or vans on site.

Be careful! Used the service on RyanAir's site. The site showed a £10 saving on the direct parking at the airport. The location is miles away from the airport and the shuttle service takes you to the train station to get the shuttle. Although the Ryan Air site automated the booking timing, it did not cover the correct time so was forced to pay an additional £10 parking. No cost savings to be had parking at the airport and takes longer. Might as well park at the long stay at the train station. Don't use this service :( disappointed...

Ryanair is failing to provide clear information on their website
Ryanair Transfers is a big disappointment. Pushing customers to purchase Airport transfer from Beauvais Airport to "PARIS CENTRE" without precising which of the 5 routes they will select for us. I thought I will have the possibility to choose one of them... how disappointed I have been to receive my ticket booked and fixed for Saint-Denis University route only, which is far from Paris Centre. All of that for the same price then booking directly on Aerobus Paris-Beauvais website. Therefore, is a useless service provided by Ryanair which is misleading customers towards wrong Paris' destination.

Booked and paid for 4 days' Meet&Greet parking at LGW South through Looking4Parking. On arrival at the designated place and at the designated time: no-one from the operator - LGPC - was there. None of the properly licenced M&G operators had ever heard of them, or knew how to contact them. Was given one phone number to contact: 'This number is not recognised' Left car with keys in designated place. On return, car still in the same place - unmoved. No-one there again. No Exit Ticket to get the car out. Had to pay an enormous Short Term Parking Fee to Gatwick. DO NOT USE

Changed the car i wanted to leave, i amended my booking with no issues at all, it literally took seconds online.
Arrived at the airport, parked with ease, good clear instructions.
Checked car in, dropped keys, again clear instructions and took minutes.
Good shuttle service to actual terminal.
Return, equally as smooth.

I booked a Park at the airport and about 30mins later I got a text message from the carpark saying that they could not take our booking. The text message said to cancel it on Looking4 website. Terrible customer service. Website worked and took payment. And then nothing. Tried to ask for my money back and got seven different people replying to my emails giving proof and answers screen shots and everything else they asked for.
