I wasn’t sure what package I should go…

I wasn’t sure what package I should go for and a little unclear about the situation. Keshena and her team in the admin department explained everything to me in detail. I feel very happy now with this service. Highly recommended !!

LowCost LetterBox really deserve 5…

LowCost LetterBox really deserve 5 stars.They are a dedicate team doing their best to keep the client happy .I had move from another letter box some months ago due the poor service and attention.But LCLB is working well 100%.The gays are always available for everything you need,so don't hesitate,this is the best place to start .

Really friendly and great customer service

I found them via Google and was really impressed with the customer service on their Live Chat that I decided to sign up for the service right away. Everything was explained very clearly and I had lots of questions, which Keeran took the time to answer each one and was very patient. The setup was very quick and they talk you through it. I look forward to using the service fully and just based on this early interaction I have high hopes it will go well.

Very very very bad service

Very very very bad service. I spoke to 3 colleagues who stated prior to sign up I can use business address on google, website etc to hide home address. I got 2 quotes both stating the same services. I spoke on phone for 45 minutes about what I needed. I then signed up as i was made to believe service was suited. So the first thing I tried was to get business on google using Mailbox, I was then told I can't pay monthly like previously told I have to pay full year service. I explained I wasnt told this prior and felt misled. I was then told that to be on google I need a year contract and I should of read the website terms as they say I can't. I stated I was told by 2 of their colleagues who sign people up so should know all packages and do's and dont's. I was then told it doesn't matter what I was told I should of scanned webpage. They defrauded me of first month payment with no refund. Not only did they then refuse to refund me although I hadn't used services, had no mail forwarded, werent able to change address on google (as they received Google pin [1st mail received] and called to tell me I have to pay for a year 1st,) we came to conclusion on the phone their services aren't nowhere near what I expected or that was described me. And to cancel services. I was told services were cancelled. The following morning they then tried to take next month's payment. They are defrauding small businesses and large businesses I'd hate to think how many letters they open without your knowledge as at no point I was told my letters would be opened prior to sign up. Although after I was told all business mail is opened and scanned to portal for me to read. I was told every letter is scanned on arrival just as a count to say I got mail not opened and scanned. I believed all mail was forwarded straight to home address but no i actuslly found out I have to ask for any of mail to be forwarded and the service cost which I was originally told is a initial one off payment is actually to pay for mail to sent to my home address and that is in rota so I could have 20 emails there but they wont send immediately they wait until when someone can be bothered to go royal mail. Although I was originally told royal mail aren't working during current conditions, forgetting I buy and sell online so I've been posting and receiving numerous parcels and letters on time and customers received on time and then it was changed to o I meant we haven't got no one in to post mail currently only to accept mail and this is when I was told about mail being opened and I can view mail online if I want to see it today otherwise I'll have at least a 2 week wait. Appalling. Don't use if you do check competing companies first and check the difference in service. This is a real and honest feedback not a random generated so do please take serious as they have LIED, FRAUDED and ROBBED me and it is already not the best time.

We take all matters of customer concern or dissatisfaction very seriously, and therefore we have looked into your complaint thoroughly. Firstly, on the point of Google MyBusiness, it has been our company policy for many years that use of Google MyBusiness requires an annual subscription. It is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions of Business. From our communication records, I can see you were specifically informed via email of this prior to you subscribing to our services. You actually held phone conversations with only two staff members prior to signup, who both assure me that they did explain that Google MyBusiness does require a 12 month pre-paid contract. These conversations were not recorded, but it would be very unusual for the team members not to explain the terms clearly. Of course, we will look to review these processes for the future, to ensure they are as clear as possible. You subscribed to our mail scanning service, authorising us to open your post and scan the content, so that you can access them on your mobile or PC, the same day. We never open mail without the consent of the client, which is given in the initial contract, clients value the convenience of receiving correspondence via email, which is always dealt with in a secure manner and with discretion and strict privacy observed. We forward post to all our clients on a weekly basis (on Mondays) to keep postage cost low, however, you also have the option to request daily forwarding. Regarding a refund, the business address is in use by yourself, after you received notification of the start of your contract via email. Your company registered office address was changed to the new address and we can see on the Companies House website, that the new address is indeed in use. We explained to you that in order to cancel the service you needed to put this into writing via email, then we could cancel the service, after the minimum 3 month term of the agreed contract, (which is why 2nd month payment collection was attempted, however your payment failed). Even in this pandemic situation, it is our utmost priority to serve our clients to the best of our ability and ensure clients post get processed everyday so that our clients’ businesses do not get affected. Hence, myself and the entire team at LCLB risk our lives to serve you with the best service. As the founder, I want to make sure each and every customer is served to the highest standards of service. I came across LCLB by chance 4 years ago and I am still with them. They are growing from strength to strength every year and becoming greater and greater at what they do and the service they provide.
