Loyaltyous is terrible

Loyaltyous appears to be a company specializing in producing flashy junk that doesn't work. I sent emails back and forth with them for a month before they accepted my refund request for a sad $12 on a $60 purchase. Then, they purposefully delayed or "aren't able" to process the refund they promise me. Then they claimed I never bought a product from them - their only support option, an email address, has an automatic response: "According to your email address, we have detected that you did not place an order in our online shop. Could you please check your order details again? We are afraid that you may reach out to the wrong company and the wrong person." Even when I reply to their original email confirming my order, I get this same response.

These guys are liars and thieves

These guys are liars and thieves. The way to be helpful is to close them down. I sent them proof that they messed up my order and they still refused to correct it. They actually lied and said they sent the correct items and offered $6.00 compensation. They claim all returns need to go back to China even thought the items shipped from New Jersey or Utah. These people are criminals and should not be allowed to be in business. Find the like items elsewhere. I gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option!

The Magic Crystal ball from LOYALTYOUS is a crap and support id useless (DON'T BUY IT)

I have had a very bad experience with this item from all the points of view:
the DELIVERY, the ITEM itself, the SUPPORT
- DELIVERY: I ordered the item in November to get it by Christmas but it took more than 1,5 months and eventually arrived after Christmas
- ITEM: when the item arrived it was completely broken in pieces (the packaging is very poor) and then I asked SUPPORT for a replacement
- SUPPORT: Support requested some evidences about the broken item and after a while decided to send another Magic Crystal Ball. The second item took another month and arrived apparently in good condition. However when I tried to switch it ON, it did not work as expected (despite it was fully charged). I could not upload any picture or video to the item so it was completely useless!! When I asked to receive another item, Support declined my request and offer a compensation of 4 USD dollars (for an item that I paid more than 40 USD dollars)!!! SIMPLY OFFENSIVE

Item delivered didn't work

Item delivered didn't work. They originally offered a $4 refund on a $46 item.

Don't believe their return policy posted on their website, they will not follow through. I quoted it to the customer service representative and was offered a $12 refund so that I can "keep my existing product" that never worked.

Please be wary when purchasing from this site.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. I ordered two orbs for $65. They took more than two months to arrive, said they were coming from china, but actually came from California. And they DO NOT WORK. Customer service is not responsive and refuses to refund me. Do not waste your money!

Completely a scam stay away

After almost 8 weeks my item actually arrived. It was 2 of those image orbs. Neither of them worked, they would briefly turn on and wouldn't play any of the video or images. The company offered a 11 dollar refund and said returns would be too expensive. No support at all when I kept asking them. Definitely a scam DO NOT buy anything from this site.

Shifty. Untrustworthy

I’ll add my story to those here. I spend $180 on two 3 packs. I was so excited to have a fun and thoughtful gift. But after 6 weeks it finally arrived from Chicago (they say it was sent from China?) the Crystal Orbs were defective and 1 wouldn’t even turn on. None of them would connect with any of the 5 different computers I tried (Mac and PC) or the multiple phones.
The company offered me $4 restitution and I refused. When I went through PayPal their answer was to have me ship it back to China (which would cost me$300) I’m asking PayPal to let me ship it to Chicago (since that’s where it came from) but I assume I’ll have to eat the cost and I’m out my Christmas presents to my loved ones.

Do NOT buy from these scam artists! It took them 2 months to get my order to me and, when they arrived, they were defective! They then offered to give me $14.00 USD back......on a $75. purchase!? Buy from Amazon, Costco, or a good mom and pop store but DO NOT BUY from this company!

Waited 2 months for my movie orbs, when i finally got them, one wasent working and the other one came without cable...
I tried to argue but they are not listening, told me i could get a 8 dollar gift card. But still no working product.
Send several videos and explanations, they ignore it and now they stopped answering me altogether. Horrible service! Dont waste your time here.
