Novus part of LTE group

Novus part of LTE group. Horrendous company. Worst I have ever worked for. Couldn’t work out the TUPE process, failed to deal with bullying, managers unable to manage. Loved my job and was very good at it with great results but hated the toxic work place and exceptionally poor management and senior management , mental health went through the floor- very poor support except for one manager who moved locations due to the tweedle Dee and tweedle dum effect.

No idea on mental health

No idea how to deal with mental health. Toxic and bullying place too work. Sacked while parent was in hospital dying. Was a while ago now. Often heard Tutors complaining regarding bullying, and being placed on PIPS = Fired
