I ordered a 4-seater Knapwell sofabed on 08.02.25 (in glorious 'plush smart velvet paprika'!) and it was delivered yesterday 20.03.25 by Terry and Drew who did a magnificent job of getting it into our sitting room through awkward doorway combinations and had set it all up within 15 minutes.

I had a few queries before I ordered and I had first-class personal service (on the phone and email) from the new owners of 'Made To Last' and I can highly recommend the experience and the product.

The sofabed action is easy to maneuver, even with this large sofa, and it is now the centre piece of our already very colourful sitting room!

I took delivery this afternoon of my 4 seater knapwell sofa in comfy sage.
I received a ETA and on arrival Marc and Drew carefully manoeuvred it into my lounge where they unpacked it for me.
They kindly let me inspect at my leisure before l signed the paperwork.

Bad customer service... bad product.. sofa bed with matress so thin is it unusable and wonky sofa that you fall into with pillows that loose shape and plumpness so fast. Stay away... date of an expericence? I am experiencing it every day since I bought it.

I have reluctantly given a 1 star.
Ordered a sofa in October, was told delivery would be beginning of December, then told it wouldn’t be delivered until January and offered £50 as goodwill gesture on delivery! Called them on Jan 5th to be told delivery would be week Jan 8th. Now received an email to say the company has ceased trading and become insolvent! Had our money since October and just been fobbed off with lies. Disgusting behaviour. Now having to try to get money back.

Order placed on 29th Dec. Confirmation emails received 3rd Jan with delivery for 29th Jan.
Today we received a generic email from them claiming that the company has ceased trading and it's unlikely we will get our order or our money back. Regardless of the companies financial situation, if we pay for goods or services and they can't provide. We expect our money back or it's plain theft! Hopefully our payment company will sort this matter out ASAP.

2 sofas ordered well before the deadline stated for Christmas delivery. Order accepted and delivery week advised. Nothing heard for several weeks and on hastening an update I was advised that the furniture would not be delivered until the new year. Clearly unsatisfactory (not least with old furniture disposed of and guests arriving for Christmas!). Insult added to injury with a paltry offer of £50 as a gesture of good faith!
A real gesture of good faith would be providing a day and time of delivery of my choice and a reasonable refund (say 10% - and not vouchers/discount).
Will update once items actually received but very disappointing to date and certainly not worthy of the i newspaper top buy recommendation.

We bought a corner, ottoman sofa bed online. We were waiting patiently over 3 months for this sofa to be delivered. When finally, our sofa was on the way I literally had two delivery dates to choose from otherwise I had to wait another week or so. Delivery company wasn’t flexible with dates at all.
When our sofa finally came, we found out that the sofa bed has two different levels and it’s impossible to lay on it across as it is majorly uncomfortable. The right side ( storage side) was much higher than the left side.
We called the company to complain and the lady on the phone said she had exactly the same problem with the same type of sofa however, after 2 weeks all settled. Ok, we waited. After two weeks -nothing changed.
The levels were still totally different on the left and the right side. I mean, how on Earth they have not seen this!
We Called them again but this time we spoke with the manager- very unfriendly and snappy.
She said that she is sure that everything is fine and I’m taking weird photos.. The factory also confirmed that this is exactly how it supposed to be. I said that perhaps they should come over and lay across to understand.
The menager offered that she can sell ( SELL??!!) discounted set of cushions with more filling and she also asked to remove the 1 star review I managed to write. I laughed and requested to send me these for free! They did and we hoped this will fix the problem - it hasn’t.
Our sofa still has two different levels. The part of the sofa which is longer agains the wall isn’t comfy as you constantly have to adjust the cushions and you’re falling into the gap in between.
The side with the storage is comfortable but obviously, only one person can lay on that side.
I’m not going to mention that this was an expensive buy (over £3000).

I give this company two stars (not one), because the quality of the fabric is very good. The sofa looks beautiful too. Shame it’s very uncomfortable and nobody seem to take us seriously. I wouldn’t recommend.

Its early days but at the moment the sofa bed looks and feels great. The bed arrived earlier than I expected with the company, Made to Last, keeping me informed at all time of delivery date and time. The men who delivered the bed and installed it were extremely polite and accommodating.

This is the second side table we have ordered from Made to Last. The table is very stylish and well made and the customer service was very efficient. Would definitely recommend this company

I bought a foldaway bed which my grandson has found very comfortable. Not quite sure what to do with the head board when the bed is folded up. Does it have to be removed?

I bought a sofa in a box from Made to Last and am very happy with it. The self assembly was very easy to do. Customer service was excellent, always very helpful with queries. I received it on the exact date it was promised. The delivery company were very efficient and helpful. I would order from them again.

Thankyou for our lovely sofa bed just as we ordered.It was delivered without issue a week earlier than the initial timescale which was lovely. the whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless with useful updates on the way

Apprehensive about ordering on line without seeing product but was very pleased with my order. Exactly what I was expecting and comfortable. Would order from Made to Last again.

The chair looks much better "in the flesh" than in the photo. It is also very comfortable. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Made-to-last.co.uk surpassed my expectations. I couldn't find a sofabed with a king-size mattress, until I stumbled across this website. I was skeptical about buying such a high value item without seeing it first, however we needed to accommodate overseas visitors so we took the plunge an ordered the Launceston 4 seater sofabed, based on the quoted 6 week delivery date, the colour samples received and the dimensions! We placed our order on 11/05/23. Our production estimation was 26/06/23 and delivery 10/07/23 which was more than the expected 6 week turnaround. I called customer services and explained our predicament of our guests having to sleep on a blow up bed and if there was any possibility we could receive it sooner. I then received a phone call on Thursday 22/06/23 asking if I was available to take delivery on Monday 26/06/23, as they had another delivery in my area. 3 delivery men arrived before midday (as expected). They quickly assembled the sofabed and gave me a demonstration on how easy it was to open and close. Given that this was the 1st time I had seen the sofabed, I was very happy with my overall choice and impressed at both customer care and the delivery team who made it all look so effortless. Given my experience, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

I ordered my dream sofa (Mallowmore 3 Seater Sofabed) and it has arrived on time, with the best delivery service I could imagine. The sofa is so beautiful, comfortable with an amazing finish, comfy cushions in stunning pink colour. The mattress in super comfortable and high quality. I couldn’t recommend Made to Last more.

I ordered the sofabed especially for my family coming to stay from America. When I was told it may not arrive, it was not a good moment, however, they moved heaven and earth to get it here. The delivery was first class . Kept me updated with times and left having done everything I requested. Thank you Made to Last. It is a quality product.
