Great phone communication
Great phone communication, personal care and packaging of Materials. No breakage at all. Ordered over 1,000 Sq Ft. of Black Slate 18X18 for my renovation of a 1963 MCM house. Shipping was faster then planned which was perfect timing for me. Just make sure you sort textures, colors and clean tiles to find better random pattern on floor.
I'm sure I will be ordering from this Vendor again. Thanks for helping on my project.

They're really a great supplier!
I really appreciated the patience that MarbleWarehouse.com had with our sampling. We ordered many whole tiles for several different types of stone in the process of filling in a 6-color pallette for a complicated mural I'm helping to design and supply for. We always got shipments quickly and sample shipping costs were lower than several other L.A. based suppliers. Whenever there was an issue with something from their web-page not being available I would get a call quickly from someone there to workout the details of a needed change.
When we were finally ready and ordered several boxes of tile, every thing came quickly and without a problem.

Great Customer Service, Very Affordable & Quick Shipping!
I was very impressed with everything about this company. The customer service was super helpful. I accidentally gave her the wrong mailing address for the samples I had ordered. She was able to fix my mess up quickly and the samples arrived in a few days.
I eventually purchased 18 x 18 granite tiles for a countertop and I couldn't have been happier! The tiles were beautiful and packaged very well.
I will definitely order from them again!

Beautiful Granite Tile

Great Service
Had hard to find granite tile that perfectly matched what the 1990's counter top that I was repairing. Also was able to match the bull nose on the existing tile with only a photo and sketch of the curve. Shipping was quick and received tiles on time to finish the project.

Excellent customer service
Great website, easy to read and understand. Ordered a large load of Rainforest Green marble. Order was easy to make over the phone, The customer service was outstanding. The lady at the other end made sure everything was perfect before we ordered and then she sent updates of where the product was. Marble arrived intact, unbroken and in a compact crate and excellent packaging. When we do our kitchen I will be ordering from them again !

I orderd samples from this company
I orderd samples from this company, found one I really liked and ordered my granite. As soon as it came I knew it wasn't what I ordered , called Hamid sent him pictures and he assured me it was what I ordered but refunded me $100. He agreed the colors weren't the same but still insisted he sent me correct granite. My problem was I had special ordered a backsplash which now doesn't match my granite and I'm out over $300. So I'd suggest that a person be really sure of what you are ordering.

The order you received was from a new batch of tiles that we just got in. Hence the reason why the color was slightly different from the sample (45 days prior to placing your order) you received.
