Requested they be sure what was being
shipped was 3/8" thick , as advertised, or contact me. I received 1/2" thick which won't work. I'm out $$ & time

Good service. They double checked with me on how much I was ordering. Shipping delivered tons of updates so I always knew where my tile was. Delivery was fast and easy. Surprisingly easy for a large order of tile. Product looks good and as advertised.

Purchased 36 sq. ft. of granite tile. Delivery was prompt. The items were well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Everything was fine for the first week. I got routine shipping updates and location status. Then the shipment landed at a regional terminal 2 hours from my home and all communication ceased. After over 3 weeks with no communication, I called the shipping company for a status update. I was shuffled off to another shipper who stated that they could ship to my house on Friday. If they deliver on Friday, as they claim, my shipment will have taken 28 days from the regional terminal to my house. This delivery fiasco has potentially compromised project completion until after the Thanksgiving holiday, and means I'll have contractors trying to finish their work while I have a house full of guests.

Easy ordering, delivery process. Loved the variation in pattern/color in the 12x24” natural slate tiles we received. Some chipping in a few tiles, but still able to use them as edge pieces when we had to make cuts. Already thinking of ordering more for our bathroom floor.
