Had many wonderful bottles from MoM on the past.
Recently had a bottle that I thought had an off flavor. They organised collection, checked it, confirmed that it was fine, but still offered me a voucher to get something else.
Just wish that more companies did customer services like these guys!

Fantastic Customer Service
I placed an order for 2 bottles of Whisky at Master of Malt, but forgot to enter my flat number! When the delivery was sent back to them by Royal Mail, Master of Malt made it super easy to organise it to be sent out again, with the correct address. The order was re-dispatched within 2 hours of it being returned! And upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of packaging used. I was worried about damage after the package had been up and down the country a couple of times unnecessarily, so I was very pleased that the Whisky bottles and their display boxes were as good as new thanks to the quality bubble packaging. On top of all this, the prices seem to be extremely competitive. I will definitely be ordering from Master of Malt again!

You have been brilliant, however Royal Mail have been completely inept and are incapable of following a simple set of instructions for delivery and after failing to make a delivery to my safe space yesterday; just dumped your package at my front door this morning; where anyone could have taken it, rant over, I am overjoyed with your service and will use you again.

Get ready to wait 2 extra weeks from the date they say it will be delivered by , if your ok with that it’s all good , also I don’t understand why a package addressed to Southern California would end up going through customs in NY which is 3000 miles away and extends ups delivery by another week , even if the customs would do their job in a timely matter

In this instance, the delay was caused by processing within US Customs, which is unfortunately outside of our control and can occasionally add additional time to international shipments.
We always provide estimated delivery timeframes based on the courier’s guidance, but customs inspections can sometimes extend beyond those estimates.
That said, we’re very pleased to see that your parcel is now due for delivery shortly, and we truly appreciate your patience while it made its way through the clearance process.

Very good! A massive selection of whisky 🥃. I ordered the Glenfiddich 15 year Old Solera - Limited Edition Design and it arrived fast and was very well packaged and delivered with care! Love the design and colours of the casing! Great communication throughout the whole process and was kept up to date. I've been enjoying my Single Malt Whisky recently and I got this for my ski trip away and I am really looking forward to trying it! All in all excellent! 👌👍🥃😃

Outstanding service from the team
Outstanding service from the team! My package went astray with the courier, but thankfully they located it and retrieved it. Meanwhile, they proactively sent a replacement and offered compensation. They kept me informed throughout without me needing to follow up. I will definitely return as a customer.
