For every little (or big and complicated) question/problem, they have answer/solution and they give it RIGHT AWAY. All you have to do is to write an e-mail and simply ask.
They are so polite, transparent and they explain everything in the most simple way so you can understand and manipulate properly with your device in case of having a problem with it.
I am truly impressed and I will definitely choose their service in the future.
I strongly recommend YOU do the same!

I ordered two phones from EU Warehouse and in two days I received them with no customs, no problem. Great online support, great prices, good store. I will sure buy again from them.

As I did not ask to root the phone at the time of purchase, I had to contact numerous times to set up the phone. The Tech service guy called Ace was wonderful to say the least. With his instruction, I have managed to set up the phone to my liking. I can not recommend highly enough. Thank you very much.

I ordered a phone by credit card. All was fine then I receive an email saying payment declined. I contact my card and they say no payment has been sent. Merimobiles say no please pay with moneybrokers. I reorder by debit card and all is well. Phone not dispatched after a week so contact them. They tell me they havent had payment yet the money has left my bank account. Again they ask me to use moneybrokers. I have now paid twice to them £180 and havent had this back but they still want me to pay again. Of course moneybrokers would be good for them as you have no rights. Order 80052 paid for and not sent. Please avoid as its so much hassle and they are so rude.

i'm not the kind of person who likes to write opinions but this website deserve it
i'm very surprised about this website, never heard before. my first order was very perfect. quick ship, excellent quality price rate, the after sell service is simply perfect, efficient and still on line. the first day that i received my phone i've made a wrong manipulation with it :s but they successed to resolve it quickly.
i know that is only my first order in this site but i was so impressed by their servicies, reactivity and the low price of their products that i really recommend

Being a first time client I had my concerns buying from merimobiles.com I finally ordered a smartphone on June 10th 214. To my surprise merimobiles.com shipped my smartphone days later upgrading the shipment way to EMS at no extra cost. I received the package on June 30th only to find out that the phone was DOA (faulty screen).
I emailed merimobiles.com 5 days later asking for support. A tech team member called Ace (sorry I don’t know your last name) emailed me back asking for immediate shipment of the phone back to merimobiles.com office on CHINA.
It took a LOT OF TIME for the package to reach merimobiles.com office because of CHINA post, which is a VERY SLOW service. In the meantime Ace was always available guiding me through the whole process and providing my with info and progress reports. He even calmed me down when I received one VERY frustrating email informing me that I had to pay extra cash for the repair of my phone.
Ace asked me to ignore that and days after I received in shop credit which I immediately used to order the same device.
I would like to point out that besides Ace all other staff I talked (online or via email) were very polite and helpful always (thanks CJ)
As a conclusion my experience with merimobiles.com proved to be very professional and despite the problems a good one.

I needed a new phone in a hurry for my nephews birthday , but was looking for an affordable dual slim phone. I Noticed Merimobiles have the Europe warehouse and promised too dispatched the same day if order was placed before noon. I order the THL 4400 smartphone, which is a great phone super long battery life, I paid the DHL Europe and to my surprised I receive the phone the very next day. Good Job Merimobiles and great initiative you made a new customer, thanks Mr Czukerg

I ordered an item from the European warehouse with "guaranteed same day shipping". They had a huge timer indicating that it would ship if order before time X, many hours before I placed the order. The item did not ship. OK I thought, it was Saturday. Monday came, it did not ship. Tuesday, I ask for a tracking number and they said that they "are waiting for one". I realized that they did not ship the order and disputed the paypal transanction. They vigorously claimed that I was in the wrong because the order was placed in Saturday and that the order has been shipped in Monday. I told them that "OK, if it was shipped in Monday there is no problem at all, but if the tracking indicates that it did not leave your facilities in Monday I will escalate the dispute to a claim". Minutes afterwards, I received an e-mail that the order has been cancelled (yes, the order that they said it had already been shipped!) and they never refunded my paypal payment either. It does not get much worse than that.

Edit: A few hours and a few messages after my initial review, we have one very rude person insisting that the order had been shipped yesterday in Paypal's dispute system, an email saying that it was cancelled and another email from their support saying that I should cancel the dispute and that they will take 2-5 business days just to give me a tracking number, for an order with guaranteed same day shipping. Just fantastic, these people do not have a clue about the status of their own order.

Edit 2: It is the 29th of August today. The seller shipped the order on the 20th, Wednesday (even though I had a dispute open) and gave me a tracking number the next day. He also insists that the parcel was shipped in Monday, 18th, as the "Guaranteed same business day shipping" rule would suggest, despite that the tracking indicates otherwise. The shipping method of my choice was "MMExpress", with 1 to 6 business days delivery. And my troubles continue. It has been ten working days since the 18th and the parcel is not even at the hands of the local post office agency yet. Yes, post office, as the seller simply used a registered mail service and charged me $30 for it. The seller even insisted that "MMExpress" is not express shipping (!!!) and is making up excuses about fictional holidays that delay the shipping. Not only that, but he escalated my own paypal dispute himself days ago, while I have not received the package at all yet - to what end, I cannot even fathom. I will be picking up the parcel once it arrives (....it will, eventually) as I do not mean to cause monetary damage to anyone, even to someone with such a bad attitude. I paid a 30-40% premium price for same day shipping and 1-6 days delivery, 10 days later the parcel is not even close to being delivered and the seller simply refused to take any responsibility. I will obviously cease all of my business with them and deter anyone that requests my opinion from using their services.

Edit 3 : As a follow-up to the seller's reply below, I can only state the obvious. I accept that the tracking number may take up to 2 days to update; when they do start working though, they will not display wrong dates. I place at least three orders per week from abroad, using every courier and postal service on the planet; not a single service ever displayed wrong dates. Furthermore, the seller admits, I paid for MMExpress, with a delivery time of 1-6 days (not 3-6, but that hardly matters). It has been 10 (!) and the package has not even been handed to the local post authorities yet, so it will be at least 5 more business days until I receive it. I am looking at a delivery time of 15-20 business days (!!!), more than what it would take to arrive from Asia! When I complainted about the use of a simple registered mail service as I paid for MMExpress, I've been told that MMExpress is not express shipping. That's the very definition of the word "misleading". I placed an order, expecting it within a promised time frame. Not only it did not arrive, but the delivery time at least tripled and it may take even longer than that! If I wanted something with a delivery time of 15 business days, I would have ordered it directly from Asia, from a cheaper shop or even from Merimobiles without the $30 shipping charge and the bloated price of the Europe warehouse. Aside from the higher price, the shipping cost alone, $30 on a $90 phone, is a +33% surcharge, which I apparently paid for no reason at all.

Although i did not buy my tablet from the company they worked with me to find a solution to my problem.

Made two separate purchases from merimobiles, both absolutely trouble free experiences, and excellent quality products at great prices. First got a Huawei Ascend G700 smartphone,rooted, arrived in perfect working order, via DHL couriers, within the specified delivery time, which incurred a modest customs fee. Second got a Yuandoa ( window ) M10 tablet,rooted, which equally arrived well packaged, fully charged, and in good order, delivered via the recommended Singapore postal service, which I'm pleased to say had the advantage of bypassing UK customs scrutiny, thereby avoiding any additional unforeseen import duties( hooray happy days). Compared to mine and my friends dismal experiences purchasing from some other online Chinese retailers, I would have to say the feeling of confidence when buying from Merimobiles is a first and very welcome experience. Definitely recommend

I got the phone I ordered, a verified genuine Xiaomi Redmi Note WCDMA enhanced. It arrived quite fast while I opted for the free shipping solution. Everithing went smoothly, as I expected. Very good service. The 24x7 chat service is also of great help.

Ordered a tablet and Lenovo smartphone from merimobiles. Of course they asked me to upgrade the shipping method to DHL which costed me 20 dollars. That was my second order, so I wasn't really surprised as the same thing happened with me both times. If I didn't write tons of messages probably I am still waiting for my order. Fortunatelly I've received my order, but the phone has broken two months ago. Just left on the table and burnt inside, no idea how could this happened. The phone could communicate with computer, the screen was ok. I requested a return on 8th of May and there was no reply from Merimobiles for one month. Since I was really bored of the situation I published a review, then they replied... I returned the phone for 15 dollars. Got a message last week and they stated that the screen got broken during transport, however the phone been wrapped well and was upside down in the original box. I cannot believe that happened with the phone and of course they won't repair that under the warranty. They offered a generous half price screen replacement :) , but I am not going to spend even a cent at Merimobiles anymore. Every single time they contacted me costed money and time, really didnt worth it to pay for upgrades and services. If you want to buy a good phone with real warranty turn to a local dealer and don't even bother any Chinese “companies” as they cannot offer that. If you really cannot buy that somewhere else pay by PayPal and claim your money back via PayPal if you're in trouble and give them a negative feedback.
