It was my first time ordering from Misguided on April 10th and I haven’t received my package yet ( April 26) because of covid delay, however, I expressed that to customer care “Sithabile” and they were so helpful and told me to wait until this week ends and if I haven’t received my items they would refund me or send out a replacement order with express shipping and I am very very very pleased and happy that they would be willing to do either of those options since my package was a big package! I am a first time customer and although the process is a bit frustrating, I feel so much better knowing that they are willing to send the items again or refund me! Thanks Sithabile! Thanks Misguided!
