I had quite a few questions and they answered them all and in a very timely manner! Ive shopped here quite a bit and for quite a while, love the quality and now I love the cs too, thank you again❤️

I have always had good service purchasing from Missguided and the delivery has been prompt. This time it is taking a bit longer but I was able to go on live chat and get some clarification. I will wait a bit longer due to the current world circumstances and see if it turns up. Simphiwe has been very courteous and a helpful assistant. Please don't hesitate to contact them through live chat if you have any issues.

I have had trouble with an order so I used the customer service a few times this past month. Every person that I spoke to was extremely kind to me and helped me greatly. I really appreciated all of their help and would go to them all again.

Simiso was the third representative on the chat that i spoke to as the previous two were horrible (Ashveer and Phehello). Simiso helped solve my problem and put the other two to shame - which they should be fired as they were horrible at their job and lost me as a customer, because of them I will not be returning to Missguided for a while, as they put me off!

Yamkela provided great customer service. My query was answered and resolved in a timely, polite and efficient manner

Tina was very pleasant and helpful in assisting me with a product promo. This kind of service makes me want to return to this site and also tell my friends. Good job.

Sithabile has other good reviews and I think it's well deserved. They are very quick to respond, nice, and helpful! My order needed to be reordered because the item was so big and didn't match what I saw on the sizing chart but she remedied the situation immediately. So awesome!

I talked to Mandisa about my order and she was very helpful. I received an item with a stain on it and was processed a refund and allowed to keep the item as it was faulty and the item was out of stock so could not get a new one.
