I placed my order for some Shell Helix that is in stock.
The money was taken from my account almost immediately (3 minutes) - And then it was "dispatched" in the mail with tracking number and everything shortly after (15 minutes).
The next day the order gets rejected and i'm told i will get my money refunded. How do they reject an order that is already sent in the mail?
Also the money was taken from my account yesterday officially on my statement. I have not received any refund.
Very very very scammy and bad webshop practices are being performed on this site.

I have ordered many times from them, and paid with Paypal.
The goods are often sent after only a couple of hours after payment.
I have never had an issue, so i cant review the customer service if that happens. But so far everything good.
