Just honest professional service what more can I say!!
The software is easy to use and helps me with many tasks. The CTM Support team is always responsive, professional and polite.
The program often has glitches and the new MFA is annoying.

I tried to setup a template document that will allow use with multiple clients. I searched high and low for an instructional video but none worked. I called in and the service rep walked me through the menu to set it up. She did a great (sorry I can’t remember her name.)
