I had a muddy fox helmet for over few years and been using it a lot but recently i been in an acident (car crash) and i wanna thank you muddy fox for saving my life !

I bought a product directly from Muddyfox, paid £37.99 plus delivery for it, and when it was delivered it had a price tag of £8, as it was in the sale.

Bought a MuddyFox rain cycling jacket to replace the one I had for a few years. The jacket that came was very poor quality; did not have the breast pock as advertised; and was much smaller than the usual XL size I normally take. Tried to tell MuddyFox this and got a useless response. I will never buy a MuddyFox product again

Terrible bike. Headset was loose on arrival and needed a new part had to get it fixed at a bike shop. Finally got to taking the bike out and gears kept jamming and clunking and the chain fell off twice On a 1 mile stretch. Awful, was really looking forward to getting into cycling

Bought muddy fox pannier bags they were so rubbish and not fit for purpose. The backing for the bags are so flimsy that they curl inwards and get caught in the wheel spikes whilst riding. So dangerous!!!! Extremely poor design. I definitely do not recommend. I ended up replacing them, paying less for similar pannier bags which were better quality and design from decathlon. Muddy fox triple pannier bags utterly useless do not waste your money it’s highly disappointing.

I bought an electric muddy fox last week, was it the best money I spent? Yeah too rite, it's absolutely awesome! If u go onto the Evans website it's half price but it's also priced at £550:00, rite then....that's ok, but if u go to an Evans store and collect it, it's free delivery, so u save urself 15 pounds, and coz u buy it from the store u get to spend a 15 pound voucher in store! And better still coz it's the same company they have to price match it too, guaranteed, to Thier website coz in-store it's priced at 750 pounds, I bought it for 550 pounds instead!!! Awesome, wot a saving!!! Too rite! Is it a good bike though? Well I've just about ridden it everywhere to be honest, I think it's fantastic, tbe motor kicks in wen u go up hill and it's a struggle for u, makes my life so much easier now! It's good quality too, and for the price, I can't complain! What a bargain I got, so if u wanna a near enough decent bike just for a short commute to work, like I do, get this, u will not be disappointed at all! I'm not, I love it!!! I'm thinking of going buying my missus one too it's that good! It only has oñe gear, u don't need gears with this bike I can tell u, gears are not needed, it's brilliant and it's very very fast! 13 mi utes it took me to get home on it, normally it takes me 30 mi utes and that's on a good mountain bike with gears on it, and u don't half break out a sweat too, with this new bike, awesome, no more sweating! Get one, don't delay it! Get the black n white muddy fox mountain bike today with out delay!!!

Purchased a bike saddlebag in store, ignoring the too good to be true price tag. Had not realised though that Muddyfox was part of Sports Direct and apparently based in China. Outwardly the bag is well designed and it also contains some bike tools which, if you need them, might be worth the price itself. Problem is that the fixing attachment does not fit modern saddles, in fact it's twice the width of other brands. So I queried the design with Muddyfox by email and received a response from someone seemingly in Asia, telling me I needed to take this up with the store (really, I don't think they designed the bags!!). Maybe the saddlebags fit Chinese bikes!

I bought a muddyfox bike for my grandson from Sports Direct in October for his birthday. From day 1 he as had problems. The chain kept coming off causing the pedals to jam. Contacted Sports Direct but didn't find them helpful.
After numerous e mails I received an e mail to say it had gone past the time to claim. Was told to take it to an independent repair shop for their comments. This we did and cost us another £50.00 to put right.
I have contacted Sports Directed again to no avail.
AS ANYONE GOT A CONTACT NUMBER FOR MUDDY FOX DIRECT OR EVEN AN E MAIL ADDRESS.THE E MaiI I have is not available.
I am so annoyed about the customer service from Sports direct. Will never buy from them again.

I bought 3 pairs of cycling shorts from Sports Direct to wear on my indoor exercise bike. Two were cheap and weren't padded. The other was padded. All three gave me bad chafing in the crotch, perineum and 'further back'.

I went for medium-priced DHB, which are worth every penny, unlike Muddyfox. I have no idea who would feel comfortable using their shorts, I certainly didn't.

Bought a MuddyFox Recoil, wish we hadn't. Bought this for our son from SportsDirect. Got it out the box and the front forks are out of alignment. After he's ridden it, the gears won't go in properly, sometime locking the pedals as the chain gets stuck on the front derailleur. Should have bought 2nd hand on ebay.

If I could take the 1 star away I would. I ordered a bike for my son's 8tg birthday with bike due to arrive 3 days before, no sign of it so I contacted them and received 2 different replies. One saying bike was waiting for courier, other saying my order hadnt even been processed (what am I to believe) so was no chance the bike was going to arrive in time. Their customer service is beyond disgraceful, they are completely incompetent. My son now is going to wake up in the morning with no big present and they couldn't care less. I am waiting for a refund now before I can order him a new bike...not from MF. I will never use them again as they have caused nothing but heartache for me & my boy.

Heartbroken i have to give you one star, ordered a bike over lockdown and even paid extra, after a couple of rides the spokes snapped making wheel wobble. Sent back told to give 7 working days as not been signed in the warehouse yet. 15 working days on every email states it not been signed in. well hermes states it has. plus i keep getting emails saying its been resolved , but then i get told its not. then no communications by email.then you get an email to say we had a high number of returns, very reasuring .

This company doesn’t respond to emails and doesn't issue refunds ( I am still waiting ..... ) I am only glad I bought some clothing and not an expensive item like a bike. Avoid !!

This Brand is untrustable I bought Brand new bicycle Muoddyfox today from Sportsdirect Czech Republic- Prague Letnany, when we arrived home we discovered that the rear tire Bearing (mechanical) is damaged and It makes a very annoying sound , we came back to them after few hours, they didn’t accept to return it , they said we must put it in service and waiting for results 30 days!!!!! The brand Shop justification is that because Muoddyfox are cheap bikes, a specialist must install them, and in the event of bringing an official signed and sealed report from a certified specialist that there is a malfunction on the bike then only it can be returned 🤯!!!!!!

I ordered a top, which was obviously out of stock. Anyway they sent me the wrong one, which I paid £8.09 in postage for. This was not refunded! Can’t get in touch with them either. Very bad service! Will not order from them again!

Very Poor customer service, can't get in touch. I bought my son a bike lock for £24 and it broke on its second outing. The lock came out of the u bend lock. Luckily for us it was such poor quality we could hacksaw through it in ten minutes so that we could retrieve his bike. Do not buy Muddy fox.

We ordered a bike for our daughter direct from Muddy Fox Website at the end of April. The bike turned out to be out of stock and we were told we’d be refunded within 3-5 days. We didn’t receive refund and Muddy Fox didn’t reply to any of my emails. There is no phone number to contact them. I then tried contacting via their Facebook page (private message)- it took over a week for them to reply and I was told various different things- they’d tried to refund but it didn’t go through, they couldn’t refund due to PayPal dispute and finally they had already refunded so I needed to contact PayPal. These were all untrue. In the end we contacted Barclaycard who refunded us. I’d advise anyone to avoid purchasing from this company- worst customer service ever!!

Really bad bike front wheel wouldn’t assemble now the tension spring is wobbling can’t change gear and to top the lot I’ve been waiting for 7 weeks customer service to get in contact What is this a bloody circus
Don’t buy a muddy fox terrible in all department

Bought a kids MF bike from Sports Direct. Came badly assembled. Cost me to have it assembled to safe condition. Rear bearings failed after 23 months despite little use. Customer Care useless. AVOID both.
